Outside door had grease leaking from the mechanism over your head and smashed my heal when walking in. Took forever to take my order then mixed up order.

The food was great, but they didn't pick up the phone even when I called twice. A lot of staff yet no one took my order for 8 mins. But after that the food was ready fairly quickly, and tasted great.

Ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas, new girl did not make them correctly, let the young lady with glasses now and she instantly said she would remake them to show the new girl how to do the crusts properly. Wow, best 2 pizzas ever made, well worth the price and waiting 10 minutes, during the supper rush too! Very impressed, highly recommend, fast and delicious. Thank you!!

Horrible service asked for delivery and she took the address two hours later called back to ask where our pizza was and she was snobby and said we could come pick it up horrible service

Very unorganized and awful customer service. Their sign says hot and ready, yet no pizzas are ever ready. I don’t order there much anymore and I always remember why when I do order. Ordered online so i could grab and go but when I got there I had to wait as they weren’t sure where my order was!? This location has been like this for the past 2 years at least so if it hasn’t changed by now, I’m sure it will continue to be owned and staffed by unorganized people.

Mediocre pizza that has the redeeming quality of having no wait.
Except they never have pizzas ready to go.
Failing on the one thing that makes them worthwhile.

Almost triple the time quoted for delivery. Brought 2 pizzas, didn't bring drinks or dips but charged for them and left. Another half hour for them to bring the drinks. 2 ⭐s because the pizza tasted good. Wouldn't order from there again. Super disappointed!

What's the purpose of the hot n reqdy equipment? In the paat 2 years, only once has there been anything available on there. And when i fot i hone i was ao burned i has to theow it out.
Start using it proor stop promoting it.

I love the crazy bread and really enjoy the pepperoni pizza.
The staff are quick.
I might have a 5 minute wait, depending on when I go.
And they have great deals.

They never have anything hot and ready. That is supposed to be there thing…

Had a great experience ordering on the fly for some pizza.
It was for my sons party they even arranged the pepperoni for me a certain way. Very pleasant and pizza was a big hit.
Would recommend.
