My friend and I brought the babies today to enjoy some company and have a meal. We were greeted by the owner (I believe!) who was so friendly and kind. I felt so welcomed and like we were old friends. We ate outside at the picnic tables and while waiting for our food, we had full intentions of running inside to grab it, but it was brought out to us with a smile. Completely unexpected! Thank you for such lovely service.My husband and I enjoy coming here every once in awhile when we go through Tofield from Wainwright, but this confirms that I will be stopping even more often!I was compelled to write a review today because I haven’t had such a nice restaurant experience in so long and this was such a refreshing one!Thank you!

Simply the best place to eat or get food on hwy 14.Best milkshakesBest pizzasBest chickenBest and most friendliest staff and owner.Ask for specials that are not on the menu board...spring rolls or crepes...I try to swing by and pickup at least a milkshake when driving by.Tonight I picked up a pizza and got treated to free spring rolls and took also some crepes home.My wife's face says it all...

I have ordered from here quite a few times. I've always ordered different burgers and fries or onion rings and always gravy. The prices are higher now but so is anywhere else. I ordered a 4pc chicken dinner about a month ago. This was the first time I wasn't impressed. I didn't care for the coating they used and it was overcooked with no flavour. I won't order that again. I will stick to the burgers. Their menu is massive a bit overwhelming to look at. It would be nice if they had some kind of special, like 2 for 1 burgers or combo specials. I will however come back for the burgers like I said and staff is always great.

Stopped here in our way through Tofield and were very happy we did. This is not your typical Buger Baron! We met the very friendly owner who mentioned he once worked for the royal family of Dubi. In addition to the amazing Angus beef mozza burgers, he also made us milkshakes that he use to serve to the royal family by the pool. He said “even the PM of Canada hasn’t had a milkshake this good” and he wasn’t wrong!

Amazing burgers and all menu items are delicious. One of my favourite locations next to Leduc and 99 st Edmonton. Have loved Burger Baron my whole life (best burgers EVER) but this one stands out for especially kind and friendly staff and ownership! Would recommend to anyone passing through Tofield (you will not regret it and the food is well worth the price!—it’s not too expensive and I see complaints regarding that which are silly imo when McDonalds is the option for dirt cheap food). Keep up the great work and thank you for always serving delicious meals!

The Tofield Burger Baron is an absolute diamond in the rough. Unsuspecting greatness awaits! I personally know the owner works hard to get fresh ingredients, in a time where that seems impossible. Friendly staff, once again, plague the rural area- here is no exception. Enjoy!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I very rarely give reviews but this experience was too great not to share. The service is absolutely incredible and the food was to die for, you can taste the quality. This tasted better than most restaurants I’ve been to. We had the burger and donair and 2 milkshakes but to be honest it all looks amazing, I just wish we didn’t live so far away otherwise we would definitely be regulars. Thank you for the amazing hospitality

I really wanted to like this place but the food was quite horrible.I ordered a cheese burger for my husband and asked them to add bacon to it. I assumed it would be normal strips of bacon but it was instead undercooked nearly raw bacon bits. I ordered a hotdog and it was so over cooked it was hard and crispy and not in a good way. I also had them put onions on it but they were dry and not fresh and made it taste even worse. The milkshakes were not good it tasted like milk with too many pumps of whichever flavouring in it, my toddler wouldn’t even drink it. Poutine was made with grated cheese, not cheese curds. The wait in the drive thru to have the food made was very long and it was very over priced especially considering the horrible quality of the food. I spent $50+ and could have actually dined at a restaurant that was edible. The staff was friendly.
