Great food! Tables were sticky from whatever cleaner they use that screws up the finish

Chicken was nice and tender and not dry. Mac and cheese was definitely like a 80/100. The pecan bread pudding on the other hand tasted sour and really threw my whole meal off. I do applaud them for pulling off this kind of comfort food and it not being too salty. Waffle sandwich my son says is a 3...the chicken was really the best part. Not sure if I would come back considering the options you have that you know are 100% good. Legit a good concept but some things need to be tweaked for sure. Loved the tomatoes on the shack hot and needed more to make the cheese not so thick in my mouth lol.

The gentleman running the front counter was very professional. The wait for the food was a bit long, but it was well worth it considering the taste and quality of the food we received. Ordered a full shack plus a poutine with biscuits and gravy plus sausage links. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future to try the spicy options from the menu!

So actually let me explain seriously the best chicken sandwich my guy and I have had in Alaska,! That being said when I arrived I said I have a Togo order for my order no he did not ask my name I gave him 2 twenty’s I asked what the change was not receiving a bill at all he said 6.05 I said keep the change no thank you no nothing grabbed my food said goodbye so sad that this women has this awesome food and people working for her that JUST Don’t CARE

Drumstick was good. Winter greens were lacking. Chicken sandwich (spicy) looked good, but flavor was lackluster. Fries were cold and mostly the bottom of the bag giblets. Ordering was self serve, with server only delivering food and our we ended up having to ask for it to go. Portions were small for price. The bread pudding was, but over all not sure we will come back.

Been here twice. The first time the order was messed up and the kitchen refused to fix it. This time my order was close to an hour. Water glass had lipstick on it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Their hot tea was pretty good.. Looks fancy, feels fancy but I was expecting better food for the prices, the water glasses were dirty and the chicken was mostly overcooked breading... personally not my style for dining.

Modern environment, indie/hipster music, and great lighting. Self-order machines, water, and condiments.I had their signature chicken shack and a side of honey mustard. The flavors were interesting and is a different take on fried chicken. The fries were delicious and the meal sits well in the stomach. I had an enjoyable experience. Would recommend!
