Incredibly rude customer service. Wanted to get a pool table and put us on a waiting list. Did not call us for the entire duration and when I asked if we could use one of the open tables, was asked to stop being rude and to be patient. Totally inconsiderate and rude, if each employee has a radio how do you not communicate that some people need a pool table? Happens each time I come here with my friends. Rude!

We went to have a beer and shoot pool. They need to hold a license for pool. That would have been fine except they also needed two licenses for two beers. The manager refused to walk over and look at it. Then they wouldn't allow us to carry the beer to the pool table. The man also wouldn't carry the beer to the table. It was ridiculous and our hour to shoot pool was running out. I asked for the the manager and she just rolled her eyes and acted very sarcastic.

Definitely lacking in the customer service department. May need a change in how they take care of their billiards patrons that want to have a drink.

Our server Mercedes was wonderful, we all felt like she went above and beyond. I have been in the service industry for years, doing everything including busser, server, bar back, bartender, service professional and management. I really felt like Mercedes was working really hard and could have benefited from more support from her bussing/host/management staff. Our entire party commented that it really felt like she was doing everything on her own and I have to tell you she still killed it! Please thank her for us. Regarding the rest of the experience it was also great, we were there for a birthday celebration and everyone had a great time. Additionally, on this visit the music was loud but not unbearable, as it sometimes can be. Thank you.

Prizes are okay, but not too much variety. We ended up wasting money on some games because they didn't have any balls to throw. They should check on the games more to make sure they are functioning correctly. We went twice in 8 months, and both times, we only saw one employee for the majority of time we were there - and that was the person working the prices. We recently went to the restaurant and stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for over 5 minutes while the only two employees watched TV at the bar. There was only one small table and one other patron at the bar so they weren't busy. We just wanted some to go food - the lady almost sent us over to the prize worker to order our food, but the changed her mind and let us order at the bar. The guy working the bar seemed really annoyed that we were there, and he went on break or left before we got our food. Another waiter brought us our food, but we had to ask for to go containers.Overall, severely unimpressed

Everything a kid could want in arcade style entertainment. However, bring lots of money because it is expensive. The food looked good, but we did not eat. The kids really enjoyed themselves. There are games/machines for every age and interest.

2/18/24A server named Ruby, (not meaning any intent) but she’s black. Seems like she’s going through something internally and seemed like she was wanting to fight. The manager ended up pulling her to the side to talk. What kind of service or people are being hired!?who wants or seems like she wants to fight the customers? I was just trying to have a nice day out with my family. I’m still shook. The manager was way more professional than her. And if you’re reading this, thank you for how you handled the situation.I worked the food industry. I know how it gets. And what ruby did, was completely unprofessional.

The kids had a blast playing the games. They have food. I just don't really eat much of it. The limited amount I've had is alright. it's nothing super special, though.Parking: It's inside a mall, so there are parking spots all over, just not real close most of the time to the area.Kid-friendliness: There are lots of different games to play and win prizes. There are lots of options for different packs to help out most budgets. It can be expensive, though, so kids need to pick a goal to play the games that give "tickets" for prizes or play games for fun.

Erica the server was amazing. She was very personable and quick with her work. When we moved the the bar the bartender with the man bun took our money and did not return with my change giving himself a large tip. When i asked how much my drinks were, he responded with a shoulder shrug and walked away and clocked out. It takes more than pouring drinks to "bartend". Bad look for D&B
