The service is terrific here. So friendly. The sushi was fresh. It was served with some of the best Miso soup wwas some of the best I've ever had. The process are great also.

My uncle was an Army veteran who worked there for 8 plus years, they took care of my uncle Stanley "Stoner" . He sure was loved like a family member and heck he could have passed for either heritage korean or Eskimo/Athabascin/Russian (called Aniak halfbreeds). Plus I got to try a variety of different types of food served there. My mouth is watering just thinking about it, lol. So Lord Almighty Father of the living God please bless your faithful servants who always do thy will your children who love unconditionally the Father who cares so much, He sent the only Salvation in the name of his benevolent son Jesus Christ. Amen and praise the sanctity of your heavenly home, you created all. Please pray for our Lord's Holy Spirit forever in the heart, mind, body, soul, spirit, Amen.Vegetarian options: All dishes can be vegetarians dishes, just ask the waitress to minus the meat. Isn't that a lovely suggestion. Heeeyy now that's a ?. Hope you all enjoy, read your ingredients always no matter what. ?

Service was slow. The atmosphere was loud. Once we ordered after 10 minutes of waiting, we got were served some edamame, which had the feel of house chips just sitting out all day, waiting for someone to eat them.Salad was sad iceberg lettuce with a dressing, not a ginger dressing like other sushi places, this was red and vinegary tasting. We both didn't eat it after a few bites.Server didn't bring spoons for miso soup stating to drink it from the bowl in the "traditional way", however, the server touched the rim of the bowl when serving it and the side of the bowl didn't look clean enough to put my lips. She didn't tell us she wasn't bringing spoons so we waiting for her to come back, and by then the soup was cold.Dinner Box #2 sushi and rolls were fresh and delicious, the tempura batter was thick and awful on the shrimp and veggies, tempura sauce was sweet, chicken teriyaki looked like it was frozen, warmed up and covered with a mediocre sauce, didn't even eat it.Other meal was the dinner Yakiknu, which was beef stir fry, which was okay except the large pieces of beef were chewy and tough.Although two people recommended this place, we will NOT be back

Went to Ronnie's as highly recommended by my friend and was not disappointed in the slightest. Great service and amazing food. Mine was the Ronnie roll #1 and I feel my meal was fairly priced as well. Delicious and I would recommend to anyone.

We use to love it here. Ate here monthly. Started realizing how dirty it was everywhere (seriously- dust the place). And the inconsistency on the Ronnie’s roll isn’t worth coming here anymore. Once we started trying the other sushi spots in town in was an easy choice to not patronage here any longer.Turn this around, Ronnie! PLEASE.

Music was loud so felt like having to yell to talk at table, we must have asked the wrong person to turn it down. But food is good.

Decent price for the quality. Our server was running solo. So I don't want to judge to harshly on the service. Sake bomb came pre dropped. Very sad about that.

Server humiliated our 90 year old Dad. He was so embarrassed. We were so hurt over the situation. He won’t be around much longer so, we were there to celebrate his birthday. We were rushed out to accommodate new customers when we wanted to enjoy desserts. She said we took too long when she has note paying customers she could seat. We said we were ordering dessert, she said, “NO, you’re done.!” After reading more comments I see she does this kind of thing to others.

I always get the rolling stone roll and my wife gets the last samurai. Both are very delicious and I have tried a couple of other items on their menu and all of it was amazing. Highly recommend for sushi in anchorage

Took our out of town parents for some yummy sushi before their flight back home. Ronnie's always has delicious sushi! Only blip was that my dad had not put a tip down on the receipt (everyone else did on theirs, but my mom was leaving cash on the table because she was trying to get rid of her remaining US cash) & the waitress came back to him & TOLD him he forgot to write in her tip!?! He was so weirded out, and before my mom could point out she was putting it on the table, she walked off... so whatever, my dad wrote in the tip, but it was just weird... almost like the waitress was demanding/expecting a tip? Just... off putting...
