The pollo pene was a little bland. Definitely needed something. The shrimp tacos did not amaze me and it all felt over priced for the portions. I liked the fries although my two friends did not. I would rate higher but we were not impressed. Good atmosphere and staff however.

First off, food was good, no complaints there.Unfortunately even not even good food is worth their prices. Two adults and two kids, one adult ordered an appetizer. 90$. No service at the table, no refills on drinks, no napkins brought with the food... Service barely exists. You'll get the impression that you're an inconvenience, very disinterested.I understand that some restaurants are not set up for table service, refills etc, but prices typically reflect that. Yet here you pay full service prices for what would be better described as a takeout place, without the takeout.

Super cute place. I had the Union Chez Burger with fries. The fried leeks on the burger were a great touch. The reviews are right, get the ketchup and the ranch! There were so many delicious looking desserts that it was hard to choose. We ended up going with the strawberry cream cheese roll. It was angel food cake rolled up with cream cheese and strawberries and topped with either turbinado or cane sugar. So good! The food came up very fast after placing our order.

Service was ok, they gave us 2 napkins for a table of four (two of which were kids). Had to ask for silverware. Food was average. I appreciate everything being made to order but it was all under seasoned. Sour cream for the quesadilla was watered down. Burger patties are extremely small. Despite it's small size there are no servers so you're kind of left guessing about refills, condiments, silverware and what to do with dirty plates.

For anyone with a Gluten allergy, this restaurant is a must! Almost everything on the menu is offered with a GF option and so many dessert items!!! I hate we stopped here on our last day in town! We will be back next time we are in Fairbanks!
