I've been living in Fairbanks for 30 years, and just this week, I finally visited Bobby's for the first time. It was phenomenal—officially my top restaurant choice in Fairbanks now. Both my husband and I were blown away by the experience, relishing in the most flavorful dishes. We even indulged in dessert, which was equally delightful. The cuisine is absolutely luxurious. The sparkling pear martini was a standout. And the service? Unmatched. I'm incredibly proud to have such an establishment in Fairbanks!
We went and the servant helped us to order the vegetarian food. It was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was really good to have dinner with your partner. Good experience and best service.
