I love the owner lady!! She's friendly, sweet, giving, has good sense of humor I just love her. It's the one and only doughnut shop in town, I come here when I have some sugar cravings. The vibe is cute!To be able to pay with cards, u gotta purchase over 5bucks. So I choose 3 and eat them for 3days. I always forget to bring cash so I can get one or two. Next time I will prepare cash.

If you are craving for Krispy creme donut and you are in Fairbanks, AK try you go to the donut shoppe. They have the softest donut and you won't regret it. Be aware they charge you for the box so if you don't want to spend the extra dollar go for paper bags.The price was decent, maybe cents higher than store-bought donuts. Will I be back again? ABSOLUTELY!

Pricing is ridiculous and inconsistent. They are either ignorant or scam artists. I got a dozen donuts, and instead of charging me the difference for one additional fritter or just one additional donut, they charged me 1.99 for each donut, even the ones listed as cheaper than 6 for the fritters. You can’t charge customers the most expensive way to compute costs and not expect them to get upset. I could have saved money by buying each item individually. But you wanted to insult my intelligence? You need to pull back, fix your business, and not blame customers. I was here once before and had a pleasant experience; what happened?
This is a warm and welcome shop. It never disappoints. If you love doughnuts and pastries. This is the place.

Our first donut in Alaska. It was delicious. There were so many different choices. It was hard to choose just one. But I chose the Bavarian cream filled chocolate donut. My hubby got a plain donut dipped in brown sugar (it looked like) We really enjoyed the coffee to. Get your donut fix here.

Taking a break from creperies [Fairbanks AK] We've been to 3 creperies in Fairbanks within two days so we wanted to have something else on our last day (other than crepes) before flying out of Alaska LoL! We found this local donut shop near our Airbnb. The donuts are in a donut case to your right where you bag your own (self-service) then pay at the counter. This is how our grocery stores have it in Cali but for a stand alone donut shop they should be the only ones handling the donuts for the customers. Anyway, I grabbed a cinnamon roll for me, chocolate glazed donut for the hubby. The hot chocolate was scalding hot... I couldn't, even after 20 mins of waiting before drinking it was still too hot. Housed in an older building. Lots of seating for a donut shop. Good donuts but customer service was not the best. Rude at first. Review #3144
