I am absolutely in love with their fajitas. They are so delicious and cooked to perfection. They come with a side of rice and beans and your choice of a flower or corn tortilla. The staff is very nice but not very observant when it comes to refills or coming by enough to ask a question. But this place is also pricey.

Food was dry. Seem to be reheated few times, Menudo soup smelled like urine, tasted even worse, I had to spit it out. Tamale was tasteless like paper. Overpriced for such bad quality of food. I had stomachache shortly after we left the restaurant. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Gallo's Fairbank is an absolute gem in the heart of Fairbanks, Alaska. My wife and I had the pleasure of dining here during our trip, and it was hands down the best Mexican food experience we've ever had. The Chicken Chipotle and Veggie Quesadillas were bursting with authentic flavors, leaving us craving for more. To complement our meal, we indulged in the Blackberry and Strawberry margaritas, which were simply the best we've ever had. Our server Marly, provided exceptional service with a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and remembered from our previous visit. While the exterior may seem unassuming, the interior is a burst of vibrant colors with lively décor, adding to the already fantastic ambiance. This is a must-visit for tourists exploring Fairbanks, and locals already know it as the best spot in town. A solid 5/5 stars from us – Gallo's Fairbank exceeded all expectations!

The mixed drinks were very bad, the food I’m so sorry that this was cafeteria food the flower shells, for the fajitas were hard the strawberry margarita tasted more like a fruit drink than a damn margarita. The Mojito had the mint was awful.. the service Dan’s sure wasn’t any
