I go to Great Harvest Bread Co frequently and have historically had really great experiences. The food is great for a healthier lunch option. However, today I had an extremely bad experience that was completely avoidable on the part of the company. I waited in their drive-through line for 45 minutes only ordering a sandwich and soup. When I got to pay, they charge me for the soup and the sandwich and then I waited 10 more minutes and they told me after that time that they were then out of soup. At this point I had waited 45 minutes and the middle of my day and had been charged, and then told that there was no soup afterward. This was a complete waste of my day for something completely avoidable. I should’ve been made aware that my order wasn’t available before wasting 45 minutes and then not having food at the end of it they said that they would refund my order so let’s hope that that happens.

Not thrilled with the chicken salad salad. The chicken seemed to be thawed from frozen and had a spongy texture and no flavor. The spicy pecans were just black crunchy bits and the ranch dressing was thin and flavorless. Not a good choice for the price.

I have devoured Cuban sandwiches everywhere I've found them and that includes Tampa and Miami Florida. I thought I was in trouble when the order taker said they "didn't have Cuban bread". But was I ever wrong! This sandwich is exactly the way I love my Cuban sandwiches! PERFECT in every way! Of course got our Easter breads as well. Now need to find sweet plantains.

Ordered a hot grill sandwich and salad bowl. As shown in the picture, the sandwich was not grilled(which was disappointing)and tasted ok. The salad bowl tasted fine too.

I ordered Christmas tree cinnamon rolls… they were hard and heated them up and the were like rubber!!!! I was soooo disappointed on Christmas morning ?????

Went through the drive through today and while the food was correct and delicious, they agave me a cold hot latte and my husband a latte that he didn’t order. When we asked for another black coffee it wasn’t an actual black drip coffee, of which we waited 5 minutes to get. They did give us a cookie which was great. Super disappointed.
