For starters the dough was amazing- like genuinely really good. The toppings left a lot to be desired- as in there was hardly anything on the pizza itself. I don’t want my pizza drenched or drowning in toppings but when I can’t even tell whether or not there is cheese I feel like that is a problem.
Helped me order a pizza for one, thin crust nice and crust from the flame fired oven. Has a nice char on the bottom with some crispness to the veggies. The service was nice and quick. Nice pie.

Good pizza, fair prices! My second favorite pizza place in town (and I eat a LOT of pizza).Parmesean Cheese costs extra, which is a bummer as a lover of parmesean on my pizza, but as they say - that's showbiz, baby!Highly Recommend!
We got the Sicilian menu, you can skip it. We should've gone for what they are famous for. We ended up wasting food because it was not good.

First time here & was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very tasty. Made fresh, in front of you, baked in a brick oven & it's really the best pizza I've had in Fairbanks. They transitioned the restaurant area very nicely from what used to be a couple of commercial shops into a nice wide open but cozy pizzeria. Don't waste your money on these other overpriced chain pizza places in Fairbanks. Put your money to much better use & get a superior quality pizza (& beer or wine) from these nice people at House of Fire Pizza. Highly recommended!

Great pizza at a great price! The garlic knots are AMAZING!! Got the pepperoni, Hawaiian, Nonnas, and the southerner. The Nonnas was our least favorite but still good. The southerners was actually very good!! I had doubts, but it was possibly my favorite!
