The mild queso is good. I'm not a fan of the mole sauce, but the enchiladas were good. The big burrito is definitely big. My husband liked it.

My lengthy quest to find my favorite Mexican restaurant in Fairbanks has finally ended. The margs were good, the Al pastor was a little dry but seasoned well so net positive. The chimichanga was excellent. The mole was a little runny and didn’t quite have the dark, rich flavor I prefer but overall I enjoyed my meal. Miguel’s is my new favorite spot!
