Pad Thai beef was well prepared and very tasty. Others had Drunken Noodle dishes. Homemade noodles were perfect. Price affordable. Older building, but everything was clean.Food: 5/5
Amazing noodles! Got the yellow curry, the house noodles and the drunken noodles, spring rolls, thai spring rolls and the thai iced tea. Not a lot of people at 2pm on a Wednesday but the service was quick and good! The noodles are the size of steak fries and almost like dumplings. Everything was so delicious. It was quiet because there was no music playing and we were the only people in here, but still a good atmosphere.
This little hole in the ground is a great experience. They have great food out of this world. Home made noodles. There laid back and relaxed. I go here every month.
My order was ready for pick up in ten minutes and was very flavorful and the portions were good. I’d eat here again if I am in town again.
This is the place to go if you like Thai noodles. Their homemade noodles were tasty and quite filling.
The noodles are made in house everyday. They are simply fantastic. The dish I had for the second time today was the house noodles with beef. Simply delicious. It's rare to find a restaurant that makes noodles in house. I'll be back (as usual).Roamingsmith.blog
The restaurant was busy, but we were able to order, receive our meal, and eat in a timely manner. The food was excellent! There were four of us and between us, we got three different entrees. All were fresh and very tasty!
Stopped in after spending all day on ice covered roads. We were tired, frazzled and hungry, and the Noodle House was the perfect remedy. I ordered the drunken pork noodles and was very satisfied. Service was prompt and portions were generous, I would reorder this entrée and recommend The Noodle House with confidence.
Had an incredible soup. Felt very healthy and nourishing, good vibes and really kind owners
Oh boy, that was good! Open Sunday when many others aren’t. Home made noodles, great curry sauce and authentic flavors that are not tamed, but robust. Cravable and a surprise delight.
Delicious. We had the pad Thai and Pra Ram and it was fantastic! The veggies were crisp and fresh, the peanut sauce was very tasty and the portions are super generous! Strongly recommend.
The pho noodles were very good. Got it with beef but it was almost to tough to eat. The noodles, broth and fried egg roll made up for the tough beef. The service was friendly and personal. I’d go back..but stay away from the beef
Really good food with a pleasant atmosphere. Staff is very kind and polite. My biggest highlight would be the Chai Coffee. Food quality, amount, and presentation is excellent. Just be prepared to ask for a to-go box ?. If anyone is craving some Pad-Thai, the Noodle House is the place to go.
Incredible food. I got the drunken noodles with chicken and it was so good- tender noodles, fresh veggies, flavorful sauce, good chicken. 10/10. There was a large table next to me raving about their food too. Great service to top it all off. Thank you Noodle House. :)
Restaurant is in downtown area, with many other restaurants. We selected this one because of the noodles. Pad See Ewe is always a favorite- wide rice noodles, meat, broccoli and a flavorful gravy. Husband had a chicken dish with onions, sauce and cashews. Served with rice. Owner is Thai, (not Chinese). She was friendly and welcoming. Surprised to learn that there are 20 Thai restaurants in Fairbanks. Everyone here has a different recommendation! Restaurant is pretty and clean. Would return!
