Just try it. The menu is very simple, but if you won’t regret picking any of the dishes from it. We had yellow and green curry plus a few appetizers and enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was just as good as Lemongrass but faster and better priced. It had the authenticity and amazing quality of any Thai restaurant I have tried. The service was very quick and polite. My only request is labeling the boxes. Other than that it was very delicious.?

Trying to work my way around to having all the Thai food (specifically all the drunken noodles) here in fairbanks and I've gotta say that Simply Thai so far had blown the others out of the water. So far I've only had Bahn Thai. Pad Thai Restaurant, Noodle House, and Lemongrass but Simply Thai is the top of my list right now.

Simply Thai is a little drive-thru gem. Fresh food, fast wait times, and easy access make this one of my favorite spots for a quick bite. Portions are large and the food is generally a little lighter than a lot of other places, which is nice if you end up eating a lot of Thai food (like I do!). There's usually no line at all, which I don't understand. Highly recommend.

Food is legit. Lady that runs it is super nice and accommodating. Without even asking, put my meal on a bed of cabbage when I asked for no rice. Made the meal even better. Try it out, you'll be stoked.
