NO salt! I was told they discontinued the salt packets. Fries and tots must have fresh salt added by the customer. I won't be back to the Fairbanks Sonic. I couldn't eat my tots without salt.

Ordered two kids wacky packs with hotdogs and a quarter pounder with everything on it. Ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions. I received the kids meals with no tots and a quarter pounder sandwich with absolutely nothing but two dry patties on it and a long strand of hair. Pulled pork tots were great though. Happy I was able to eat those before I found the hair and wanted to throw up ?

Love the blasts but this is the second time I went there where they didn't give me my card back or I had to cancel my card shortly after using it there because someone tried to use my card number. Yesterday I went there for a short brief time and they didn't give me my card back and no one answers the phone there they need a legit phone not just someone's cellphone number. The manager there is Def sketchy she wasn't good at Dennys either. No one will answer about giving my card back it's already locked. Also they do not give you a receipt unless you ask for it which is already sketch as it is. Do not recommend until they get a new manager ?

Garlic Butter Bacon Burger…WARNING…not for the weak or faint hearted!!!?There’s a healthy dose of onions and garlics on this bad boy, but it was alright. Always been a big fan of Sonic’s blasted milkshakes, and the Reese’s one was no different. The biggest downside to this location is that it took months for me to finally eat there since their hours are merely a suggestion, and they close down at random times, very frequently?♂️?️?

Look honestly fast food is fast food.Always satisfied with this food, but someone needs to keep their hair away from the ice. I was fishing in my drink for cherries which is the best part of the whole drink honestly. But I found a short brown hair frozen in the ice. I have long hair and my husband had his own drink so it wasn't his.I get hair sheds and it isn't always easy to keep an eye out, but that was gross.
Stalls are never open, lobby constantly closed and drive through lines and wait times are ridiculous.

They’re never open, the stalls and dine in area is never open, only the drive through is. There’s always a long line and can’t order on the app. They need to hire people
Whoever is taking orders at the drive through really rushes people through and doesn't give you time to look at the menu. So you better know what you want before you get there.

We just went to sonic ordered a number 2 with no ketchup. It came with extra ketchup. I also ordered a #3. No ketchup or pickles! Came with extra pickles and ketchup. We went over the or 3 times and 2 more times at the window when we pulled up! Wth.... now we are trying to call them , probably called 12 times and no answer! We will not be spending our money at sonic ever again... and we work in fairbanks for a very large company! I will be posting this to social media and I will be posting this on the board at my work!
