Worst Starbucks. Three times now I've been ignored when I walk in to order. Also, the quality and taste of the drinks fluctuate from week to week. Last time I went through the drive thru and was handed a drink while being told that the lid was leaking. Why not just change the cup or lid??? Not what I am used to from Starbucks. I won't be visiting again.

I asked for an Americano with room. It was filled to the rim, watered down and tasted terrible. Look man, that was a $4 cup of hot water, it deserves a decent amout of coffee. I usually dont go to Starbucks but whenever I do its because thats the only coffee shop nearby. Every time it's a disappointment. I won't go to Starbucks ever again.Kid-friendliness: The staff was nice but they don't know how to make a good coffee.

Starbucks does okay here in a pinch. They have a lot of the same things any of the local coffee shops have. The issue with Starbucks up here is that they are often waiting on shipments for the more popular items. Local shops are often always stocked and have better prices and deals. If you're new to the area and need something firmilar from the lower 48 Starbucks. Once you've been here for a while, you will find yourself going to one of the many local coffee huts around the area.

I try hard not to go to Starbucks anymore because there are plenty of great local options and their loyalty program keeps sinking into the depths of lameness. But occasionally they have a good promo, you have points to burn, or you crave something others don't have. When that happened and I stopped in here, the employees were friendly, fast, and made a drink I was happy with. One point removed because of high cost and poor loyalty program, but that's a chain-wide issue and not specific to this location.

I personally think this is the best Starbucks in Fairbanks/ North Pole. The staff are so polite and friendly. They go out of their way to help you and make conversation. They always get my order right. I go out of my way to order at this branch because they are so good.

Went through the drive thru this morning. Ordered a mocha. They were out of chocolate so I just got my husband's order. Got to the window and asked if I could add a cold brew. The girl said, "we have a line so if you want another drink you will have to go around again." THERE WAS ONE CAR BEHIND ME AND THAT'S ALL. Plus ... it's a cold brew. Grab a cup, put in the coffee and hand it to me. Takes 20 seconds. Absolutely ridiculous! I left without morning coffee.
