Guy in the window forgot my food and had an attitude because I asked for it. Still not received all of my food after paying for it all. Lack of customer service skills and just overall kindness for some employees. Food was also cold. I’m sure they can be better, but this just wasn’t it.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Ordered food through the app and they gave it to other people three times. Gave it a second chance and they didn’t have the item I wanted and I had already paid through the app and they wouldn’t refund or replace with another item. Needs a restructuring of management and employees.

Asked for a few mild sauces in the bag when I placed the order and got zero. Chips were put literally upside down so when I reached to grab them they just fell down to the bottom of the bag. Workers were very unwelcoming, just opened the window, handed the food and closed it. Didn’t even confirm if it was mine or not. Not returning at all. Terrible service

They close the lobby super early and even if you order online to pick up in store they make you wait forever to even acknowledge you then give you attitude bc you don't want to wait in huge drive through lane which defeats the whole point of ordering online...

Do not come to this location. You will be stuck in the drive-through for 40 minutes just for them to tell you that they are out of what you want. If you are lucky enough to get to order what you want they will completely give you the wrong order.

I go at least once a week depending on time and schedule load. Taco Bell ? really hits that spot when you need it. Different flavors and a fresh twist. The people tonight at the college location were busy but handled it really well. They also were out of certain beverages, which they informed me right in the beginning of the order, which is very good.. was fast and efficient, and nothing was missing. All I can say is keep this type of speed and quality ?. There are some days, though, where things are off or they are short staffed. whenever this is the case, expect some items or item to be a bit cold. Maybe sat at the window waiting for the other items.. I don't really know the situation, but that's about it. Overall, it was a great quick fix. Remodel was a great addition. Keep up the great work.Vegetarian options: Cheese or some other substitute. Also is displayed with the image or icon of a V that's in white and green, indicating vegan. Veggie or bean types.Dietary restrictions: Cheese, beans, veggies.
