Kind of an oof. Two restaurants in one make it tricky in the drive-thru. I say "Sprite" and they hear "Sierra Mist", and the confusion between the two menus only makes it more chaotic. If you get the right people serving you, it's much better. But then you have to try that coin toss and see when it lands in your favor.

Having a dual-style restaurant is both innovative and troublesome. While I'd wager not many people would order 2-3 separate items from both menus at one time, it's tricky to balance. The workers are quick, and often kind at the drive through. Whatever the reason, they try.

I was disappointed. Each of the 3x I visited they did not have original KFC chicken. They asked if I would mind waiting 10 minutes, which isn't too bad except I had the same experience each time. Seemed to me they were doing that on purpose. One time, they gave me the only 2 original pieces of chicken they had but still charged me for the 3 piece meal. Wow. I did not return after that.
