Nothing fancy. Completely dead on a Sunday in October at noon.
Food is generic, not bad but also not outstanding. Prices are a little high for as limited of a menu that they have but if you have someone who doesn't like sandwiches or charcuterie then you're stuck with this place.
You won't be disappointed but you won't be telling tales of the amazing food either.
The fire burger had a good taste that was unique but the patty took up half the bun.

After living in Alaska for 3 years and trying Halibut from all over, this place is the most expensive and has the smallest portion. Their Halibut only fish and chips comes with 2 halibut tenders and a plate full of store bought fries for $44. You’re better off not eating at this spot. Spend your money at the Cookery instead, or Seward Brewing Co.
I would have given an additional star because the service was good but I really hate to see restaurants like this take advantage of tourists. $44 is absolutely crazy for this.

We came in from a tourist ship 3 days ago, my wife selected it because it looked cute - I was a bit more negative. I was seriously wrong!! Ordered the two fish & chips. 1 was salmon, the 2nd halibut. I’ve had this dish all over the states in my 77 yrs, but as good as this - never! It was outstanding in taste, texture & aroma. I may never get back, but if u hv the chance, don’t miss it!! Fred Y

A local bar and restaurant with an Alaskan vibe. The reindeer sausage stew was excellent. It had a nice creamy mushroom soup base and the sausage was mild and tasty. Companion enjoyed the reindeer meatloaf accompanied by garlic-parm fries. Check it out!

Was here with my family and we had an amazing experience here. We were served by Andrew who was very fun to talk to and gave us amazing recommendations for what to try. I highly recommend trying out the seafood chowder, it was divine. The fish and chips were outstanding and the fries seasoned perfectly. If you are in Seward, make sure to check out Chattermark. They have taken the classic seafood dishes to the next level!
Parking: Parking is in front of the shops next to the road, may be difficult to find parking during peak season.

Stopped in for quick bowl of soup to warm up. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly and communicative.
We dropped in here just for a quick warm up while we waited on another reservation and were met with excellent service and a delicious cup of seafood chowder!
After we ordered and waited about 10 minutes, the manager came out and explained that the soup wasn’t up to par so they were making a fresh batch just for us, then brought us an extra cup for the wait. Good quality food and excellent service!

Over cooked and overpriced. Burgers came out well done and dry, fries tasted like old oil and left a lingering aftertaste in our mouths. Fish and chips was a very small portion of overcooked halibut and not worth the money. Should have gotten a salad but adding $21 halibut to a $17 salad seemed like a waste.
Server was friendly and staff were great. Atmosphere and decor were confused. Not a place I would return.
