Super disappointed with my experience. Went to a little pop-up event they had and got their crunch wrap. Based on the reviews I read and word-of-mouth recommendations, I was really look forward to trying their food. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The crunch wrap was burned on the outside and tasted worse than Taco Bell's crunch wrap while costing three times as much. If I came back, I would NEVER get their crunch wrap.

Amazing food. We were so tired after a day full of kayaking and heard about this place from our amazing tour guide. We tried Crunchwraps, burritos and tacos and everything is good. My favorite is Crunchwrap and definitely recommend anyone who wants to taste good

As amazing as the reviews say! When deciding to eat at Nat’s I found it funny that multiple reviews stated people were repeat customers over their short trips to Valdez. My friends and I quickly became repeat offenders as well, visiting the Nat Shack three times over our two day stay ?. You cannot go wrong with the crunchwraps (our favorites were the vegan and the banh mi) and inferno fries! As they have amazing food and a local following, they do incur a short wait at times, but you can grab a drink and take in the beautiful views while hanging out in their eating area- the food was WELL worth the wait! The Nat Shack story is also worth looking into- it definitely is a labor of friendship & love. We will prioritize coming back to Valdez to experience Nat Shack again!!

Wow what a place! So good! We had the crunch wrap, burrito, then another crunch wrap! The servings are really big and the quality is top notch! Love the food and the people and would definitly go back! Might have to wait a few minutes, but get a beer and wait. It's so worth it!!!!!

Loved the Bahn mi crunchwrap I had on day one of my Valdez visit and probably loved the chicken mission burrito even a little more on day two! Guacamole was a little boring but housemade chips kinda made up for it.

Amazing tacos!! We had the halibut tacos and they were the best we have ever had! The chips were delicious! Perfect! And this was their last day for the season. No scrimping on taste, amount or services.

We got two burrito bowls. They were hot and fresh ingredients! We spent $40 here and it was soooo worth it. Cute fresh cut flowers on the table and the guy at the window was so nice. If I’m ever in Valdez again, I’ll be going back to Nat Shack!

We're from Texas near Austin, so we've had our share of burritos and tex-mex. This is by far the best burritos we have had in a long time. The sauce on the halibat burrito was amazing. My husband really enjoyed the steak burrito and our kids loved the crunch wraps. This place is amazing!
A must stop place to eat!!! Had their Crunchwrap that was stuffed full of meat, pico, sauces, veggies, big and delicious…lasted two meals! Plus tried their dip flight with chips…that was fun getting 6 different kinds of dips. Friendly place too!!!

Food truck across the street from the Harbor, has a partial enclosure with a few tables. A little wait, but quick service.
Takes some a minute to get but worth the wait. Delicious, hefty portions and awesome service. Love being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather or take it on the go.
