The chopped pork bbq sandwich was delicious. Very tender and flavorful which is sometimes difficult for chopped pork. Will eat here again
I can say me and my daughter had the most warmest welcome ever we dined and the food was delicious.i would recommend and will be back for sure

We have a fantastic, new little barbecue restaurant in Alabaster, AL. Wonderful people. Great service. I’m a total pork rib aficionado. So, had to try them here. DELICIOUS, smoke level and spice just right. Simple. The pork shines instead of being masked by too much rub or sauce. Expertly cooked! Very close to, but NOT fall-of-the bone. Which is EXACTLY the way expert, pit-master ribs should be! Mac & Cheese and black eyed peas are tasty sides! This lovely little barbecue joint with a mission is my new favorite, neighborhood go-to!
Basically, the best bbq from Clanton to Pelham for sure. Dont stop anywhere else, including jimnNicks.
