I went through at 8:06 on February 24th, 2024. And as my family and I were waiting on our order the manager on duty was in the store yelling and my entire car over heard her yelling homophobic slurs at the top of her lungs. Before the poor boy at the window trying to help us could even give us our food she had started yelling racial things about other customers. This type of behavior is absolutely disgusting! If I had not paid for my order already I would told them they could have kept the food. If this is the type of people dominos is employing in a management role then I and many more people will happily take me business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous.

The last at the window was very rude . I ordered a pasta bowl and when I opened it it was barely a half a bowl . I called to the store and the lady laughed and hung up on me . This was in Albertville Al. They suck . Foods good just not

Terrible experience. I waited over an hour at 8pm when they don’t get busy, and my pizza was in quality check for over 50 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 8pm and am still waiting on it to get here, it’s currently 920pm. I had to call the store to get them to check on it while I was on hold for 10 minutes. I told them that I also needed change to break a 50 dollar bill, and the lady said they had no change to break a 50. Now what kinda restaurant that sells orders of $20 + doesn’t have change to break a 50. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order from this store again… update, they have taken the longest way possible to get to my house. It’s almost been 2 hours since ordering my single pepperoni pizza. Update #2. Got my pizza and it is cold. Very unpleased, I recommend never ordering from this dominos unless you want disappointed. Do your business at Boaz instead.

They take a while to get the food out. last time I went they said it would take about 30-45 after I placed my order a head of time & they told someone else it would take about an hour . 4 people cancel their order while I was in there .

For 8 years they have delivered to our address.All the sudden they will not deliver according to their app. They even see a long history of delivery for our address and phone number. But this new manager says they will not be delivering any longer. ** No loyalty to their customers.**

Employees. want close the lobby early...No walk-ins...okay how can I see what to order ... Bad attitude because sort staffed. why is that.? Pizza dough taste like a wet loaf of bread...they suck...kids today don't care.if u own the dump come in and help...Nope it's a corporate stores .Desk jobs don't work in Field..Guess what pencil pusher.Your doors will close .Because your cheap products..No experience employees And crummy service .product .employees....u suck.for years

This is the absolute WORST dominos in the area. Almost every time I have ordered from here the pizza is burned and inedible! Just tonight I placed an order online, I left the house after I had been notified my order had been ready for 10 minutes. When my husband and I got to the window, we were made to wait for 15 minutes before anyone came to help us. The woman that was working handed us the food and I checked it as soon as she handed it to us. The pizza was COLD. I asked her to remake my order as I had spent a good bit of money on it and she told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes or longer for my order to be replaced, so I asked for a refund of my money, which she refused. I will not be going back to this establishment. Enough is enough. GET IT TOGETHER!
