They are very low staff right now. So I am patient with my order & the food is so good. The employees are great too. And I use coupons & I think its great to give a customer extra coupons to keep them coming back. Thank you Albertville Popeyes

Well. I don’t recommend this place. I came here on a Monday night.. a Monday night. And to start with I waited at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes and I heard nothing from anyone even after I said hello three times. No “give me a moment” or “I’ll be with you in just a second” nothing. I ended up just driving up to the window to order. I got sandwich combos and asked for extra mayonnaise and extra pickles and I also asked for honey. They made me pull up to wait for...read full review

Chicken is good. The service is not.. I don't know if they need more training or more staff but we had to repeat everything three times when we ordered in the drive thru and it took a LOOONG time for the two cars in front of us to get food. Our friends didn't get a response for over 5 minutes when they tried to come in behind us and ended up leaving. They're also out of all sauces except ranch.
