Rude employees. It is clear that they do not want to work and I dont know why they are wasting their time here. Zero star for them

I'd rather eat raw sewage than come back here. The sandwiches weren't even folded before being wrapped and put in the bag, so what I ended up with was a bag full of soggy bread and toppings. I wasn't finished ordering before the "sandwich artist" began wrapping it up, and then told me it was "too late to add salt and pepper" because it was "too busy". The second employee waited until there were approximately 10-11 people in line before getting off her phone in the back, and I wish she'd stayed back there. Her service was terrible, my sandwich is terrible, and overall the business owner needs to look hard at their employees because everyone in line today is leaving 1 star reviews and never coming back.

they allowed an adult to assault verbally and physically a minor. they were coworkers and he never got fired he emotionally damaged her and she is still trying to recover. the poor girl never got the justice she deserved. she was a great employee and very welcoming and made going there worth it.

This restaurant doesn't deserve one star. Please register this review with NO STARS. I visited this restaurant on Friday, July 28, 2023 and found it was a one man show and he surely put one on for me. I had a birthday coupon for a free cookie; however, he said he didn't have to give it to me because I did not have a bar code. Another blow to race relationships. Better to find another Subway and avoid this one.

Avoid this subway!!Been twice in the last few months and left disappointed. Gave it a second chance today and the employees were super rude to each other and short with the customers. Store was not stocked well either, out of several key ingredients. The line moved very slowly because of the employee’s lack of communication. Also I get home and open my sandwich and the meat and toppings are all smushed out of the bread from how tightly the paper was wrapped. They also did not put a second meat on our other sandwich despite charging us for it.

I went in recently at about 9 o’clock and the workers were just so rude and impolite. They weren’t asking questions, and when asked to toast my bread they put the whole sandwich lettuce pickles etc and all that in there ( I don’t like hot lettuce). Just a really bad experience they need to do

It's a black guy and a black female that works in the morning and they have the worse attitude ever. They was complaining about a coupon I told them that I have. The black lady was very rude to me and not giving me time to even tell them wat I wanted on my sandwich. And after I told them I wanted a cookie because I had a free coupon she literally said "yall always using coupons and broke" I couldn't even believe that she said that I will no longer give my money to a place where people are rude and I hope they get fired for how they was talking to other people coming In also. Just pathetic
This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway! The staff was extremely rude and was obviously high on some form of drug. They were visibly annoyed when I entered, as it cut their cig break short, and to actually do their job! I showed them nothing but respect and courtesy as I was ordering, none of which was returned by this employee. It is not hard to have basic customer service skills, especially when it is what you are getting paid for! Manager, whoever you may be, if you are reading this, have a chat with your employees.

Told me I was not able to have more than a few things on my sandwich and when I offered to pay more I was straight up told no. Asked to speak to another employee as well and was also denied that request. DO NOT go here. Giving one star because zero is not an option.

I also felt Black Man's worst service as below review. I asked for more tissue, but he told me very unkindly “go to bathroom and use it” . I felt bad and if he doesn't want to work, he can just quit, but I don't understand why he's talking bad to others. It's the first time I've been refused to ask for more tissue.

Workers are extremely rude! Especially the older black dude. He doesn't acknowledge you just simply yells what bread and if you don't respond right away be prepared for an attitude.
