Service was slow, they were all eating while working, she took my order with a mouth full of food, drink was flat, food had been sitting a while and was barely hot, fries were pretty good though, she didn't ask me if I wanted a large size and just upgraded my meal for me, whopper meal was a ridiculous $13+,overall it was a pretty terrible experience lol ? we will never go to that Burger King againParking: Limited parking and it's on the corner of a busy intersection

Went through the drive thru. Cashier's are always nice. Some one put the buns in backwards and our sandwiches had a unique taste. We Giggled profusely about it. Hey everyone has a crazy day. We will be back!

I’ve been frequenting this Burger King for several years and never had an issue. Unfortunately tonight I had a terrible interaction with the man at the drive through. A white, middle aged man with a ponytail BARKED at me then threw my food at me. I drove away irritated. When I opened up my food, it was missing an item I had paid for and my burger was so dry/over cooked it was like chewing on a piece of rubber. I couldn’t even eat it- I attempted two bites and threw the rest away. Useless and inedible. I just wasted $10 on an inedible meal and got berated by the man working for literally no reason other than he’s a jerk. SO RIDICULOUS. I hope you fire that clown.

This is the worse Burger King I've be too besides the one on green springs.First, i ordered two number 1's one with onion rings, got two fries.They didn't have anything but diet drinks(Dam).Ok, give me two teas, tea taste like its been sitting up two days(Terrible)

This place is a joke. I don't even know why this place is even open anymore. Every time I come here, my older's wrong. Or the food is past dates or they're opening way past time. Like today the doors open. I walk in. I'm trying to order. I get told or not open until 11. Why is it your door closed? Why your car is going through your drive through? So with their nasty attitudes I get screamed at and told I need to leave. I will be bringing this up to the city board and let them know about this establishment and the very rude people that work there.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. This has got to be the WORST BK I have ever visited. It’s ONLY convenient to my morning commute. As I type, I have been sitting in the drive thru for about 5 minutes, said hello, and no one has said anything. There is one vehicle in the parking lot and the lights are clearly on. Last time I tried to support this location, I pulled up to the speaker and someone said, “you JUST pulled up”. Excuse me? Is it not your job to speak and respond via the speakerphone if you’re working the drive thru…? I am really perplexed as to why this location is still open. Yes, it sits in a prime location for traffic, but it absolutely stinks of horrible customer service. I tried BK. And, again, you failed.10 minutes in the drive thru and STILL no service.
