I don’t even know another place to get gelato in Birmingham, but Cannella seems to have a pretty consistent menu. Haven’t seen too many seasonal flavors, but I’m impressed with how creamy the lemon sorbet is without any dairy it. If you go there and ask how they do it, they might just tell you their secret!

I had gelato from here twice in one day. No I was not staying close by but 20 minutes away. 100% worth it. I had to end my visit abruptly and the thought of not getting more gelato from here almost brought me to tears. Go get you some.

This is my favorite sweet spot! I love the cool selection of flavors they offer and their late hours are awesome. I also like that they offer lattes! My favorite flavor is the Lemon, Lavender, Honey and Goat Cheese gelato.My wife and I went on our wedding night in her dress and my suit and the owner paid for our gelato!

Honestly the best gelato I've had in a long time. I got the Lemon Lavender Honey and Goat Cheese and my love got the Mulled Apple Cider. Both are SUPER flavorful and smooth. The atmosphere is so calm and the employees are super kind when I had questions Absolutely coming back!
