They ran out of everything even hotsauce. Waited a long time and the fries were cold and the chicken was greasy. However the lady at the window was sweet and apologized for the wait.

The chicken was good well done and piping hot .My order was correct and customer service was outstanding.Much needed after a long road trip.
The customer service was A1 from the young lady at the window. Can't speak about the food because someone else ate it he didn't give a complaint about it.
The person running the register was sent home by the manager after getting into a verbal confrontation with another worker about my order... Which I put in online and confirmed it was received via phone call to the restaurant... But when I got there no one could find it. The manager was not any better. After not-so-politely informing me my order was not there she simply started taking the order of the person behind me...while I was standing right in front of the register...Didn't even ask if I wanted to put in an order... When I got her attention back I had to tell her I wanted to put in an order, which she begrudgingly took. No one was even remotely pleasant... or friendly... or socially appropriate for that matter. Unfortunately, there are way too many choices for good chicken in this town to ever put up with this place again. I won't be back.

Churches is a family thing for my family. Churches is the most greasy chicken out there but it's very good. They have the best biscuits and mashed potatoes out of any chicken joint. Overall churches is the best sides and good chicken for fast food chicken.
