Where do I start. Ordered with 2 different serves. One who couldn’t remember what we ordered. The other tried her hardest to rectify the ongoing issues. Took 25 minutes just to receive the drinks that were ordered as soon as we sat down. Then the salad received with kale that wasn’t broken down or massaged so that it wasn’t chewy. Changed that out for regular lettuce which they brought out naked without the topics. I assumed they wanted me to pick them off the kale and transfer to the romaine. But the steak, which came out cold was the biggest issue. It was cooked medium as I requested but had no warmth. So they brought another one out which was hot in temperature but cooked past well done. Manager comes over and her words after asking me what was wrong “well what do you want”. I started I wanted warm medium steak. She argues that it will be cold in the middle because it’s medium. Never have I had, cold medium steak. So in return, she brought me a reheat of what I had already sent back. Couldn’t eat it of course because now it’s chewy because of the reheat. We were given a $5 discount but with an attitude. Waste of $80.

I was amazed with the great hospitality guys provided to me. Among that, the food was fantastic!!!I asked the burger of the month, the server said it is a bit spicy, and brought spicy sauce from the kitchen to try the spiciness, and I ate it with fries.Burger was great - juicy and well prepared, not spicy at all, recommended medium rare, french fries was well seasoned and salted, done great too.The manager and servers were very carrying, asking for preferences and how everything was, giving good recommendations and knowing their menu. Felt great haha! The dessert I took to the room, the chocolate cheesecake, was wonderful as well!!!
We had such a great time. The chicken was amazing. Danielle Kerley had a really nice time.

The food was just okay and the service was very slow. It was not busy yet there were servers just standing around not helping the customers. Very bizarre.

We were staying at Ross Bridge for a conference. On the last morning there I decided to try the breakfast buffet. I only wish I had done it sooner. The omelette station was amazing. Chefs kiss to Billy and the herbed butter sauce. Anything you could ever want you can find at this buffet. The servers were great. I actually felt like I was the only person in the restaurant. Carla, my waitress refilled my coffee any time it got low. Tracy, the manager was very involved making sure everyone was comfortable.I wish I liked oatmeal because the oatmeal bar looked awesome. I tasted a little bit of everything and it was well worth the money.

My husband and I recently ate at The Clubhouse and we both enjoyed the delicious food! It was a great friendly atmosphere from the hostess Brooklyn to the Chef James!!! Everything I have ordered there has been top notch !

We have stayed here in the past and enjoyed our meals here in 2018. What a disappointment this time. The food was the worst meal I've had in years and the whole family agreed. The salad was wilted and lettuce not crisp. The dressing was clearly a pre-made Cisco brand. The chicken was very much frozen tenders that had been baked but still frozen inside. The same chicken was on the tacos and chicken tender app as well. The pulled pork was chewy like bubblegum. The blackberry cocktail tasted like cough syrup that had been lit on fire. The bill was over $100. We paid it and walked out and went elsewhere. The manager was managing nothing and was too busy talking to noice our discontentment. Won't ever be back.

Exceptional food for Hotel restaurants. We ordered chicken quesadillas, Ribeye, and Bufalo chicken wings. Edited May 13_2022: I am back for a second visit by myself and Server, her name is Celeste was excellent. She managed to get my special request orders the way I prefer it. Thank you!
I wanted to start out with the fact the the food was good. But I can't .... If you order the ribeye be prepared to get the lowest quality ribeye on the market priced at $40. So bad that we were convinced it was a New York strip. We ordered 3 separate steaks all came out terrible and still convinced it was a New York strip. The quality of the meat wasn't the only problem, if you see the pictures below the steak wasn't even remotely cooked properly. Such a shame for $40. Could have bought a better cut at Costco. The staff did not try to hide their amusement at the situation making it obvious that they were talking about us, including hosts, the chef, and manager. Which in turn escalated everything. Now whether they are serving the lowest quality ribeyes on purpose is none of my business. I just wanted to share my story as I was apart of the table when this happened.

Advertised as open until 11pm, however doors locked at 10pm. Never got a chance to experience the food. Aesthetics are great if you're into 1980s

I had lunch at the Clubhouse on Monday Dec 6, 2021. Actually a carryout order, but my grilled chicken sandwich was great. Maybe a bit pricey at $14 with side, but the portion was in proportion with the price. Service/wait time was no issue. Thanks!

My mom and I stayed at Ross Bridge for one night. Ross Bridge is a little remote. We were looking for a steakhouse nearby. We decided to try the Clubhouse. Look no further!!!! This place is hands down delicious. We shared the shrimp and grits and the Ribeye. I will put both against our fine dining in Baldwin County, Alabama. Both had the best taste and cooked to perfection. We were completely satisfied.

The hotel room was very clean. The front desk was very nice and helpful. So if you're not looking for a nice dining in experience, it's a great place.Brock's is their restaurant that serves breakfast and unfortunately the only one that we were served. We tried The Clubhouse restaurant. After 20 minutes of sitting at The Clubhouse and watching another couple that came in after us get served before us we decided to leave for the second night in a row. It's unfortunate since my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and honestly all I wanted to do was have dinner at the hotel and lounge.Somerville at the front desk was very apologetic about everything. Even comped our tab at the bar, even though it was one drink, it was the thought that counted.
