Do not go here! I’ve been a Crumbl lover for the past 2 years. Saturday October 5th I wanted to come try the brownie sundae. I walk into Crumbl and I see one girl working and the rest of the employees are on the phone, on girl even walked out of the building to go talk to someone outside. Anyways I tried to use the kiosk on the front counter because there was no one helping me and I run into a problem. The kiosk was saying my card was declined so I tried it again and it said the same thing.. I knew I had money on my card so I went to check my bank account and it says I was charged 2 times for a cookie. I wasn’t to mad about it as long as I got 2 cookies but that wasn’t the case. The girl that I has to wave down and help me basically laughed in my face and told me there really was not much she could help me with and just got my card information to maybe give me a refund. She called her manager and the manager was even rude over the phone! So I walked out of Crumbl being charged 2 times for a cookie and did not even receive a cookie. Do not recommend this place! Bad costumer service and you will be scammed!
