Ordered through Door Dash today and yet again was disappointed. I placed my order at 12:03. Ordered Four meals 3 with drinks and one blizzard. When the dasher arrived the had just dropped my food so she had to wait. The blizzard was already made so it started to melt. I did not receive my food until after 1pm. No drinks, fries looked and felt like they had been sitting under the heat lamp for more than an hour, blizzard completely melted, and the ranch that came with the chicken...read full review
My pet peeve- when a store has “timers” so they can make sure food is going out fast- so the drive through tells you to go park (only person in line). Your food actually takes longer so they can look good on timers.Tried to give feedback to them online first- very cumbersome process.
