The local thugs come in obviously on stimulants and or other drugs and point the guns to the side of the stall they’re in. After being corrected by staff once you should be immediately removed if it happens again. Very dangerous with the people that come to shoot here. Goons.

Ben & the crew at Hoover Tactical Archery are as good as they come. I've had a lot of bows set up over the years & Ben ranks right there at the very top on knowledge & experience. I wouldn't let anyone else work on our bows!

So if your a felon you 'might" not be able to buy a gun here but they will loan you an AK47 to shoot at the range....yes live ammo.fFar as I know felons are not supposed to be around guns let alone shoot one,an assault weapon at that.God Bless Ame..............

The price is very reasonable for the experience you get here, the staff are very friendly, you can rent guns that are fully auto which is cool. I did not have ammunition suitable for the range so I had to go to a gun store down the road and they gave me a discount for my troubles, they also have a ton of different items for sale ranging from suppressors to a m2 browning machine gun. If you need targets that have them for about .75¢ ea 10/10 would recommend

Will NOT let you shoot if a CAC is your only form of ID.Empty kitchen gives it a post-apocalyptic vibe in the waiting area that is the perfect ambiance if you are in to dystopian prepping.Generally amicable staff. Sorry to have to give it 1 star.

This was my first time at Hoover Tactical and the staff was very helpful in explaining how to use the equipment, fill out the forms and get my friend and me ready to enjoy our shooting experience. I've always shot in outside ranges. My first inside shoot was exciting and the mist fun I've had shooting. Hoover Tactical is a first class operation.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!My wife and I go to different gun ranges frequently, however we are African American and are a wedded lesbian couple so we are used to the stares and negative remarks and unacceptable treatment, but John (JT) and Taylor turned allllll of that around! They were the most knowledgeable, most patient, kind, and caring people we have EVER MET IN OUR LIVES!!!!!! JT took time to show us different ways to shoot, how to shoot better and even showed us how to shoot different guns!! Taylor was sooooooo warm and welcoming! He really took care of us and made sure that we understood the weapons and that we had a lane and he was soooooooooooooooo kind and also patient with us!!! He was soooo supportive. Bottom line because of JT and Taylor we will forever be loyal to Hoover Tactical!!!! Amazing establishment with people with the most BEAUTIFUL souls!! You never know how just being kind, can impact someone!!! These 2 are my guys!!! This is our spot moving forward! Thank you JT and Taylor, and thank the entire staff of Hoover Tactical; it’s just we had extensive interaction with Taylor and JT and they are just AMAZING guys who truly walk the of being genuine God fearing men and not just talk the talk!!! “Closed for inventory” during regular business hours on a weekend- no notice on the company social or update to google hours so you would know to save the 25 min drive.

The Sunday hours are actually 1pm - 6pm. And then after we loaded up our gear and drive across town we arrive to find out they are "closed for inventory" with NO mention on the website or phone message. And this isnt the first time I've had a bad experience. I personally turned away 10 different vehicles as they drove up and I was walking back to my car. Way to run off business, boys.

Please train your manager to listen!Purchased a firearm this morning, thinking it was the same as one I already had (for parts compatability), and I needed help after the purchase. I quickly understood that I would not be able to return the slightly different firearm (compact vs sub-compact), and I wanted help on what to do to make my existing magazines work with the new firearm.No support was offered, other than having me put the new firearm on consignment.Your manager walked away from me mid-sentence, as if he was done with our conversation, even though we hadn't finished.As it turns out, a compact-to-sub magazine extension was tucked away in the box that solved my problem, though if the gentleman would have listened long enough to what I was trying to accomplish, he could have advised that a solution was included, rather than turning away from me with a lack of desire to help. Very unprofessional behavior from a store leader.
