Krispy Kreme are the best, bar none. I wish they would open one in Pell City.

Can NEVER go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts; I hadn't had Krispy Kreme in some time but today I was in heaven.

This place is 10000% closed not temporary. There is a lease sign and its all boarded up. There for temporary close is a lie.

We drove from Brighton and skipped the Hoover location be they had fresh HOT doughnuts here.

Awful! Placed an order online 2 and a half hours before closing. Drive the 30 minutes there at night, go to walk in door is locked, go to the drive thru, tell them my order, they said they’re out of doughnuts. They knew there was an online order. They could have called or emailed me to let me know. WORST customer service possible.

Great Customer service today! Friendly employees introduced themselves and smiled the entire time. Doughnuts hot and fresh! Location clean inside. I will definitely return to this location.

Staff was less than helpful, donuts didn’t even taste like Krispy Kreme donuts. They were gross. It was about 30 minutes before closing so I’ll give it another chance, but I drove across 2 counties to get a donut and was extremely disappointed in every way possible.

This is the WORST Krispy Kreme donut location. around. Too bad it's so close to our house, or we would never return. Many of the employees have really BAD attitudes and EVERY single time we have stopped to try and get a donut, they are ALWAYS "out"...And I'm not talking about 1 flavor. Last week we tried 4 different flavors (all of which she said they didn't have) before saying never mind & driving off. When you do get a donut, they are all different sizes, with different amounts of cream and icing on each. SAVE YOUR TIME and drive to a different location. This location needs corporate to intervene at this point.

Said to pull to window to order. Sat for 30 min with 4 other cars and no one would come to the window or answer the phone when called and people were seen inside.

I know due to pandemic/inflation but $10 & change for 6 ? doughnuts is Ridiculously Outrageous. I've love Krispy Kreme my entire life but I can't support price Gauging during these hard times in order to feed my sweet tooth.Your employees are very professional, I must say but I need your business to have specials or coupons/discounts that are customer friendly so that we know it's not all about Profits.
What an absolute joke. A perfect example of absentee ownership. Don't bother going here, no doughnuts, laughable service, no one in charge and quite frankly, I don't think they can pass a health inspection.

GREAT customer service and very tasty doughnuts! The cashier was friendly and helpful. Looks like the store has made some major improvements. I recommend

Bought 2 dozen glaze donuts Sept 17 at 8:26 a.m. When I arrived home I discovered both dozen were cold (had been in refrigerator). They weren’t fresh. My guess is they were made the day before. I could have gone to a store and purchased something fresher.

The weirdest experience. We placed an online order on a Saturday night. Our pick up time was 7:54. We got there at 8:04 and the place was locked, lights out. The hours listed on google said they were open until 11pm on Saturdays. So we drive up to the drive thru window thinking maybe they were doing drive thru only, but there was clearly no one there. Then this car pulls up next to us and the guy rolls the window down and says, “We’re closed”. My husband asked what time they close and the guy said usually 11, but since it was just him he closed up… Since we ordered online, we had already paid so we asked what to do about that and he said since we paid he has to give us the donuts, so he goes to park his car and goes back into the store. He comes to the drive thru window and asked our name, and then when to go grab our box which had our name and pickup time on it. The donuts were clearly not fresh. The guy was nice, but it was very awkward and we felt bad at first about him having to go back in, but he obviously knew someone was coming since there was an online order. Very strange, and we won’t go back to this store.

We've stopped here a few times to grab donuts via the drive through and it always seems like we are inconveniencing them. The people in the drive through are very unfriendly, it seems like they are always out of everything, and the attention to detail is very lacking.
