We waited for 15 at the speaker for the order and then 10 in line and paid at window and she had a horrible attitude asked us to pull forward and park we did and then a other maybe management came of almost yelling at us say God damn next time you pull to the other door you got it and we have a few words bc her disrespectfulness and we left we will not be back there every and will tell every one to no go there that we knows I believe you should be offering my fiance and I each a free meal I was shocked and distrusted by this behavior

I will not visit this location ever first the man that was on speaker had a hard time placing order then I finally received the fish sandwich it was very cold I waited till I was home to warm it. I wonder do these people realize how much food costs to not care.

The lightskinned LGBTQ night manager with a semi balding spot on the top of his afro spoke to me like I was one of his employees and told me ( a customer) to read the numbers from my QR code on my cell outloud to the older new caucasion cashier. It was her job to be able to read the numbers. I really did not appreciate his tone or demanding attitude.

This is consistently the best McDonalds within a hundred miles. Food is always hot, and the drive thru team is always fast and accurate and always have a great attitude. All McDonalds should be this good!
We decided not to eat here as the employees were rude. The lady in the front said, "They can wait, I'll be back!" Nope, never going to return!!

Don't even bother with curbside pickup. First time I tried I waited over 30 minutes before I got it. Second time I got curbside I waited 45 minutes just to walk in and learn that they lost my order. It was barely warm when I received it. Don't waste your time just go through the drive thru.

Crew was arguing with door dash ignoring front counter… requested a refill on my drink and was told due to food cost an people stealing they don’t do refills on drinks. Cashier was rude a lacked professionalism…. Eggs were runny on sandwiches I ordered. For a new building an staff you all are doing a poor job at customer service.
