Very elegant and welcoming spot. They provide generous meals and for reasonable rates. We enjoyed the menu very much and the staff were super friendly and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Good, wholesome chain restaurant food. The scampi was noteworthy, and the salad was fresh. The appetizer dip was tasty. Chris the waiter did an awesome job.

The dining room was dark, very dark. The entire building was kind of stale smelling, not rancid just slightly musty. Service was good, took about 5 minutes to get a server to our table and it wasn't busy. Food came out quick, was good. All in all it wasn't the best atmosphere not the best service. Wasn't the worst by a long shot, just not great as one would expect from other Olive Garden experiences.

The service and food were both excellent! I had the Salmon Picatta and it was cooked perfectly. I also had the Chicken Gnocchi soup which was also delicious. Definitely will return to this location.

Terrible service. Go here if you wanted to be treated like you don't matter at all. Hostess sits who she wants when she wants. Makes sure to let you know you mean nothing....nothing at all. So I just wrote this review and looked back at other reviews right before me and realize that The reviewer Media had the same thing happen to her 20 hours before me. Wow! Wish I had checked yelp before I came here.

We are here now about to leave. They seated us in the bar and the service is awful. We can't get waited on. I've been here so many times and everything has always been good. Today just awful. After we were seated in the bar it took 15 minutes before the bartender even took our order. And another 30 minutes before we got the salad. Didn't get the drink s we ordered. The bartender was too busy fixing everyone in the restaurant's drink order to wait on us. If you do come here DONT LET THEM SEAT YOU IN THE BAR. we have already been here over an hour and we are frustrated. Needless to say not much of a tip for the bartender. Even though this is the bar we still need a waitress.

I sat at the bar area today for a good 20 minutes and nobody acknowledged my presence. I wanted to place a takeout order and no one ever asked me if they could help me. I even called for a server on the screens they have at the bar now and it was flashing red for 15 minutes- still no response. I finally just placed my order online. I should have left and not even given them my business, but I had already told my husband that's what we were having for dinner. Not sure what the problem was but it wasn't the best experience I have ever had there.

My server was amazing. It is way to dark in there like your are trying to hide the filth. The bathroom was aweful. The wallpaper peeling. The carpet lumpy. The table was wobbly. Needs a huge UPDATE and lights!!!!
Superb atmosphere and very attentive service. The menu was crisp and delightful. Will definitely recommend this spot to others. Affordable prices and large portions. Good job.

Opted for the To Go Counter. The F.o.H (Front of House) person at the To Go area was excellent. I ordered the 'Seafood Alfredo' and my +1 ordered the Creamy Mushroom Ravioli...both entree's were cooked perfectly and it was a delicious choice for the evening.

Like most other Olive Gardens, nothing out of the ordinary as far as atmosphere and appearance. The ambiance is always nice and perfect for couples. The thing that makes this location stand out for me is the food here. Compared to all others in the Birmingham area, the quality of food at this location is the best. Also, when there's an all you can eat pasta event, the servers will keep it coming with no hesitation, whereas other locations want to see a clean plate before they bring you another serving. The service could be better depending on the server you get, but for the most part, I'll keep coming back regardless.

It was great service. I enjoyed the selection of soup & salad with the yeast rolls. Since it was cold outside the soup was perfect. When I finished one bowl of soup the waitress was right there bringing a new bowl. I thoroughly had a great dining experience.
