Kemberlee was the best server! She checked up on us every second . It was a very busy day (Easter) and she even recommended some things for us to try out . She was so kind and so welcoming. We will definitely be coming back because of her !

Cannot say enough about this place. We arrived late so only a few tables were being used. We were greeted promptly at the door and escorted to our table. As always the food was spectacular, the service was spot on, and we were in and out of there in under an hour. We could have wrapped it up sooner but we were talking. Overall EXCELLENT!!!

As a true lover of PF Chang’s I can’t believe that I’m even writing this type of review but it needs to be said from the lack luster service that was provided.I’d like to start by saying if I could give this PF Chang’s a zero star I would the service level was beyond unacceptable for all take out and curbside services tonight as I watched what seemed like managers and staff members intentionally avoiding engaging with some of us waiting as they obviously knew that they were running behind and we were upset for waiting 15 - 20 plus minutes per order. The young lady doing take out orders lacked so much personality to be in a restaurant setting or even a customer facing setting had literally left and was pulling orders and servicing guests at the bar as the manager was running as if he didn’t know what was going on and only coming by to address “select” individuals waiting and they all seemingly forgot my name as they never came to tell me any order updates. The weren’t that busy as I have been to a Las Vegas and New York location 10 times busier than this but it’s just was poor customer service.Kaitlyn a lady in line was waiting 20 plus minutes when I arrived at 7:52 for what was my expected order pick up time then Hannah walked in who was waiting 15 plus minutes for her curbside order that no one ever brought out or communicated as it wasn’t ready. I ended up not getting my order until 8:13pm and it wouldn’t have been any problem had I at least been communicated order delays or offered a glass of water while waiting. The manager and staff to me ignored myself and “select” customers which really was so disappointing. I then learned from the delivery drivers that this unacceptable services happens so much that they literally decline pick ups for the restaurant and I saw first hand why.I just wanted to share that if you’re doing a pick up or curbside go else where with your money. They even have the nerve to have a corporate partner there who was working but should have been on the floor servicing and hosting customers because the floor manager lacks her hospitality skills and resolution ability.

Man okay first let me start off by say the service here was great the staff was so nice and accommodating. Our waitress was so nice and on her game. 10/10 on service.The inside and outside of the restaurant was so gorgeous. I loved the paintings and the color skeem of it all. Just beautiful 10/10!With that being said that's where all the niceness stops. Let me put it this way if you're a person that has never had authentic Asian cuisine of any kind then this is for you you'll like it. HOWEVER if you're a person that has had authentic Asian cuisine of any kind or find yourself "cultured" then this is not a place for you. Don't believe me then go try it for yourself.Chang's Lettuce Wraps: these were not very good if anything just okay. Under seasoned and the protein we chose was chicken and yet there was little to no chicken in it. The saving grace was the sauce that we dipped it in. But we personally wouldn't order again. 5/10Pork Egg Rolls: these were probably the best thing we had the whole night. These egg rolls were very good, hot, and fresh tasting. Would definitely eat again! However the dipping sauce for them was so bad we were afraid to try it twice it was very strong with an acidic vinegar taste that was extremely unbearable! Egg rolls 7/10 the sauce 1/10Vegetable Fried Rice: we ordered a side of vegetable fried rice only to receive it with no vegetables, the most it had was little bits of carrots here and there. On top of that it was so dry as if it was days old and extremely lumpy and clear as day had huge hunks of white rice where it wasn't properly cooked and evenly coated. 3/10Sesame Chicken: was okay at best I have eaten sesame chicken for years and this was not standard. Like I said it was okay just had an off flavor. I actually ended up eating and enjoy the broccoli, onions, and peppers more then anything. 5/10Beef With Broccoli: this was actually pretty decent flavor was there but it's weird it's called beef with broccoli and yet we only received like 5 pieces of broccoli on the plate. You'd think there would have been more right? 7/10Chocolate Souffle: this one was weird the raspberry sauce was the worst part it didn't pare well with anything very strong and tangy it was off-putting to the tongue. The chocolate souffle was very dense and fudge like and I wasn't very into it. If it wasn't for the vanilla ice cream we probably would have stopped eating it. It was almost as if it was uncooked. Not sure if it was supposed to be that way but it wasn't what we expected. 2/10All in all I'm probably never returning back here again. It reminded me of an overpriced Panda Express and I hate Panda Express. It's over priced and was not worth anything!0 Service: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10

We went to PF Changs for lunch and we definitely enjoyed it. I like the lunch menu because I enjoy a smaller main dish with the option of adding a side or 2. I got the honey chicken and I always love it with a side salad. The salad was delicious and a large amount.
Always a good time at PF Changs! I highly recommend the crispy brussel sprouts and lettuce wraps. And when you go, ask to sit in Brandon’s section! He was super friendly, super attentive, and he has very helpful recommendations.

Our server Brandon was very friendly and knew the menu extremely well. I typically don’t order a dessert for lunch but the way he described the banana spring rolls I had to try them. They were delicious.
I got to the restaurant at 4:30 and was told it was a twenty minute wait. An hour passed and we still were not seated. When we finally were seated it took over an hour to get our food. When I went to the bathroom, four of the workers were just chilling in there. We did not end up getting our food until past 7:00. I was late to a birthday party and my night was, quite frankly, ruined. I’m very displeased.
