Fun dive bar close to the downtown area. I haven't been here in ages and stumbled over here after leaving Rouge Tavern due to them closing at 10 pm where I was watching a basketball game. Pale Eddies was having their own fun with karaoke on a Saturday night but still had three TVs on showing the ball games.
Pale eddies is a fine bar. A beer and a shot type of place. Don't try to order an old fashion please. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks are cheap. They have a great covered patio out back with heaters for winter time. Great if you are a smoker, or just enjoying being outside. I have heard some pretty rad bands play here over the past few years. It's all about the friendly staff and patrons you'll find here! A great place to strike up a conversation or join in on the games many of the regulars play out on the patio. Max and Alyssa will mix you up some delicious drinks guaranteed. My friend's band came down from Nashville to play on Friday night and the sound was fantastic through the house pa. I will definitely return to Pale Eddie's!
