Price gouging! They are ripping customers off. $7.90 for a medium tea and half-filled fruit cup. How much more money do you corporate bourgeoisie think we paycheck-to-paycheck people can stand your continuously increasing prices to fill your pockets?

Updated review: the staff are professional and nice to customers now. the food is still atrocious. Just stick to drinks if you go here. Food is sloppy, often missing many ingredients in

Really bad place, UAB should put Subway or something else in place of this. They doesn't even have good variety, I ordered hot tea with milk & suger and I got Dookie black tea, I can't even let an animal drink such filth.Congratulations Panera bread you just lost a customer.

This Panera almost never had any of the soup options that they advertise. Commonly out of menu items. Consistently not providing the items on their menu is very frustrating.

I usually get the same thing, but they are always out of fruit to go with my oatmeal or are out of the Greek yogurt yet still have it on the menu. Also, the service here is nothing like the other locations. Most of the employees with the exception of one seem disinterested in doing their job or act like they could care less about taking your order, so yeah. That’s what we as students have to put up with everyday.

I've been ordering online from this Panera location for a couple years. Ordering online allows me to skip the line & get my food in a timely manner. The food is good for the price, however, no utensils are put in the bag. It's a bummer considering I have to hunt down a spoon in the Hill Center cafeteria. This location seems to have a good ordering system going. I will continue to order until I graduate this spring.

Since Panera has temporarily stopped serving soup, I haven't really been dining there, but the roasted turkey and avocado blt I ordered with no avocado wasn't particularly tasty. The food is generally alright on campus, but it's truly at its best when the manager is around.

I chose to eat at this Panera in the Hill Student Center on campus on Friday after my last class of the day, around 1:15. As usual, I got the pepperoni and sausage flatbread. The flatbread costs about $10, which I think is a fair price. My flatbread was very good as it came out hot and fresh. I waited in line for much longer(~15 minutes) than I usually do for other restaurants, especially on campus. The service was good, nothing to rave about though. The employees weren't necessarily polite, but they weren't rude either, more so indifferent. This is not the norm, as the employees are usually very polite when I order. This location, like most other restaurants, is not enforcing any COVID preventative measures.

I decided to stop by Panera in the student center after class one afternoon and had a barbecue chicken salad. The salad was fresh and the service was outstanding! Overall, the restaurant was clean and fully stocked. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. There were no mandatory Covid-19 precautions, although there were several staff members wearing a mask. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in coming.

I went to Panera Bread in the Hill Center! I got a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt with no peppers and a side of chips. This is one of my favorite sandwiches they have and it was very good! The line was quite long, but that is what I expected. The ordering situation isn't great but I don't think that is Panera's fault. Their food is always consistent and you can expect a good soup, salad, or sandwich. I think Panera is a little overpriced which is why I only gave them 4 stars. There weren't any COVID precautions besides the glass covers in front of the cashiers. I would recommend Panera to anyone;however, I would suggest they try a different location just because this one is always super busy!
