They got it to us an hour late, and they gave us the wrong order, $50 less amount of food that we ordered, they deliver through door dash, so when we called and asked them to fix it, they said no, you have to call door dash, it’s not our problem. Do NOT order from them.

This is the first time that I have ever left a bad review. I order a pizza and 2 drinks from this location off the app. The app said that my order was delivered and it was not. I'm a local CDL driver and can't just swing by to get something to eat. This has provided me a great inconvenience to me since I have not eaten in over 12 hours. I was charged a service and product I did not receive. All I can say is that it cost me less than $50 to find out it was bad Business. I will not order from them again.

Bro you have got be kidding me… I have never left a bad review but at this point soneone has to do something because ordering delivery is a complete waste of money at this location. I have ordered 3 separate times and they have continuously gotten worse in hopes of them getting better. Pizza is never cut properly, always under cooked and soggy, just a mess.

The Papa John's on East Washington is the worst. We order a pizza and it was completely wrong. We called the store and they agreed to send us our correct order. When the replacement arrived it was completely wrong. We call the store to be told by the manger that he knows it was correct he made it and cut it and abruptly hung up. Completely terrible. We threw both away

The gluten free tastes like cardboard. Over cooked burnt. They obviously don't care about quality.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free crust tastes like cardboard and they cooked it too long. Literally any other place makes a better gluten free.

The driver told my 12 year old son that he owed $22 for the pizza when the bill and the tip had already been taken care of through Apple Pay. This is theft. Never again. Just the worst.
Asked for one side half sausage and the other side pepperoni. Guess who has cheese pizza on one side and pepperoni and sausage on the other side. Order wasn’t complicated whatsoever.

I placed an order @ 5:05 & it was never delivered. I came up the store & waited another hour. 3 hours later I got pizza that I had to drive to get & was not even refunded. The general manager even hung up on me! Will never order from this location!
