The turkey I ordered for Thanksgiving was a disappointment. It tasted boiled and looked like paprika was the only seasoning sprinkled on top. Not even salted. I expected the Cajun experience I have come to love for $54.00.

Walked into the lobby and immediately was told to go through the drive thru. Then proceeded to make the order completely wrong. They were out of half of everything. Location should be closed honestly.

Always short staffed. Close at 7pm b/c short staffed. Popeyes sign never on. On line hours are incorrect. No lights on in parking lot. Feels dangerous. Open the inside.. CENTERPOINT LOCATION.Parking: No lights ever on in parking lot.

I've come to expect bad service at all of the Popeyes locations in this area. They must all be owned by the same franchise and that franchise has no desire to actually run a successful business. The Homewood location seems to be the worst though. On my last visit they were out of fries. They gave me a two piece meal when I ordered a three piece. Then today I tried to give them another try and they literally ran to the door and locked it when they saw me and another customer pull into the parking lot. I refuse to go through the drive thru because they won't take an order until the car at the window has received their order and left. It's like they'll do anything they can to avoid doing anything. To whoever owns this place, how are you making enough money to keep the lights on? They do everything they can to discourage customers from coming back including slamming the door in their face and locking them out! Fire everyone here and start over or just close it and let someone else open a successful business in its place.

Chicken was fried a little too hard for me. Also they cam work on their customer service a little more. I had to ask for condiments and the Clerk stuck my credit card inside the bag with my food instead of back on my handI had to ask her about my card...

There is absolutely no reason it should take any drive through the amount of time it takes this establishment. Just know you will be in line for 30 minutes at the least regardless of what you order.

It’s been 45 minutes… I can’t believe this location is still open. Someone’s 4 year old is behind the counter screaming mommy. His mom works here… I can’t!!!! I was the only person in line and several people have left after me. This is pitiful!

Extremely slow on drive thru , currently out of half the sides fries are out ... And only drink is a bottle water or fruit punch , 35 min wait after order drive thru ,paid then sidelined ... Paying is quick , food makes you think they forgot about you ordered at 12:45 - still waiting at 1:20p

Don't go here, I order a 5 piece tenders and a lemonade, they said 5m on the tenders. 15m later I get my lemonade. 15m later after the lemonade, I walk in and get told "We'll be with you in a minute" I just drove off.
I went into this location last night. The staff was all laughing and happy. They were also friendly to me. My food was extremely fresh.

This Popeyes has to be the worst one I have ever had. The order was incorrect on top of them being out of several items at the beginning of lunch time. To top it all off the food was cold and fries not done all the way. I definitely will never eat there again.

Been here 4 times because I love Popeyes and kept giving it another chance, will not be back. First time they leave the fries out, second time they’re out of ranch, third time they don’t have tenders, fourth time they have no fries, but more than anything else they’re just rude, they act like I’m at fault for wanting what I order, they don’t say “we can make more it’ll be x amount of time, im sorry for the inconvenience” they say “ we outta that, what else you want”, they had no fries so I just asked if I can just get an extra tender, the lady in the back makes a big deal of it saying “that could make It so I don’t have enough chicken (one other car behind me) like dropping more chicken is just out of the question. And this was after sitting at the drive through window for 5-10 min when the place has no customers inside.it amazes me this place doesn’t go out of business, their in the customer service industry yet customer service doesn’t seem to be something they can be bothered with

I order 11 pieces chicken only mix.I ask for no breast, but they said it is not possible because it is chicken mix.When I back home and open my box, I just got 1 wing, many breasts, and few thighs.

Worst Popeyes in Birmingham. Slow and ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD. They also randomly close during normal operating hours. I went today and the lady came on and said "All we have is 3 spicy thighs" LOL........Hope this place closes soon
