Tonight my husband and I went to Ruth Chris for the first time. We got married yesterday and decided to come here to celebrate. We had a 6:15 reservation and when we arrived we were seated promptly. Kayla was our server and time we were seated she instantly came to the table. I have to say that Kayla is a true gem. Her personality and attention to detail were top notch. I want management to know that you all are very fortunate to have a person like Kayla on your team. I observed her waiting 4 tables while giving each one her full attention. She gave us recommendations for drinks and they were spot on. In my opinion she deserves employee of the month or some token to show her that her efforts are not going unnoticed. Kayla if you read this, "Thank You for your kindness."

Our meal was negatively affected by subpar service, which included being seated apart from the rest of the diners and receiving little to no attention from the staff, leading to an excessive delay (over one and a half hours) in receiving our order. Despite this, the ambient surroundings seemed encouraging at first.

Service and food was excellent..my only issue that I paid a gratuity of $47.00 for 2 people. I am old school and like to see a list of my transactions on paper. I kept telling the waitress I don’t remember entering a tip and she said you did..it’s in there. She ask me if I need a receipt and I said yes. Looked at my receipt ?.

Not worth the money, they are under staffed, food is okay but not what you should expect for the prices. The manager was pleasant enough, as were a couple of the servers, but the food is just worth it.

Food was outstanding. Service was great. The only issue was the noise from the hotel hallways was a couple times people were loud in the hall ways. But overall great food. And great service.

We came here for a birthday dinner and had a 6:15 reservation. It took 40 min to get a table and now we have been here 2 hours and 45 minutes and still no food. Fixing to split in the next 15 minutesThe food finally arrived and 3/5 of the steaks were tough and dry. Apparently they tried to re-heat them in a microwave. The poor waitress was almost in tears and said she had been cussed out twice. She said they were over booked and understaffed. The manager is to blame but they didn’t have the guts to come out an apologize.Find a better alternative. This place costs way too much to be so bad. I called the next day to speak to a manager and they have yet to respond. Outback has better value than this dump

We have been coming to this location for over 25 years. I booked this reservation 6 weeks ago for our daughter's 30th birthday. The day of the reservation they called twice to confirm and a third time 45 min before our time to let me know they were out of a lot of items. We decided to go ahead and go since it was too late to find another place. We were seated immediately in a back room. It took the server several minutes to come get our drink order. 40 minutes later we received our drinks and then ordered. More than half of their items were “unavailable” because they “didn't have the staff to prep”. After finally getting our food, 3 of our 6 steaks had to be returned because they were rare. They never acknowledge my daughter's birthday and by the time it was time for dessert we just left. The whole experience was terrible. I don't know if there isn't any management or what is going on. We spent more than $650.00 and the food was mediocre. Sadly we will not be returning to have dinner here again.

We have enjoyed many meals here before but I have to say, Douglas absolutely made our night! The food was fantastic and the service couldn’t have been any better! He is so friendly and knowledgeable about the entire menu. All of his recommendations from drinks to desserts were on point! Thanks for a wonderful business dinner experience! We will be back to dine with him again!!

Came for my birthday. First time and last time. Got there at 7:45. Ordered food at 8:40. Received food at 10:00. Didn't leave until after 10:30. Took forever for food to come out. Came for the lobster Mac and cheese. They ran out. My husband ordered a medium well steak... it was rare. Could not find the waiter to send it back so just pushed through and ate it anyway. The waiter, who was nice... seemed to be spread thin and was not able to give the proper service expected from a “fine dining” establishment. Lemonade was horrible and bitter. Just not a great experience. You get way better food and service from J Alexander's and Flemings. Will stick with them from now on.

Food was amazing as usual once we finally got it. Service was very disappointing this time. We were seated by the hostess and it was at least 20 min before anyone came to great or get drink orders. Then it was another 15 min before drinks were brought to us and food ordered. Took almost 40 min for our food to be brought out once order placed. And in that time we had to flag down a waiter to get a drink refill. Very subpar service this trip for the price you pay for great food.

We went on a night that was extremely busy. Our waiter Michael was great but it's obvious they were short staffed specifically in the kitchen because it took food forever to come out. All the tables around us were complaining about their wait. I heard the table behind me ask for the manager and their server told them it would be a while as he was in the kitchen on the grill. It was my bestfriends first time and she vowed to never return.

We arrived at 6:00 pm, per our reservation. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink. We placed our orders but did not get our food until 8:15.......over two hours after we arrived. The filet was good, not great and the creamed spinach was uneatable. It took about 45 minutes after we finished eating to get our desserts and they were average, at best. We NEVER got our last drink orders. Our bill was $350 for two people, totally not worth it.

Had a reservation at5:30 received our food at approximately 7:30. Had tickets to a comedy show for 8:00. Waiter had the nerve to tell us that he could box our food up and we could take it with us. For the price of this food I couldn't believe he made that statement. Of course we stayed and ate and was late getting to show. Steak ordered well came out rare sent it back. First time eating there was recommended by a friend don't know if I will eat there again. A restaurant like this you should be able to sit and enjoy your meal.
