The Shack Burger is my favorite. I've had it twice in a week.

Parking: Parking is limited due to location and neighboring shops.

The food was good. It tastes like a home smashed burger. I had the burger with avocado plus more avocado on the side. Let's just say it was banging. The food was hot. The customer service was great as well. My order was taken with no problem.

Busy, takes a while. Shroom burger is top notch. Cheese fries are cheesy.

What an overpriced mess. First off, Shake Shack expects you to take your own order, then has the audacity to ask for a tip. I took my own order and made my own drink, perhaps in the future, Shake Shack will ask me to cook my own burger. The " Table Service " was a food runner literally walking our order five feet to our table. Needless to say, I did not tip. Burger was good, bacon cheese fries were horrible. Cheese was a gross, bland, carnival caliber mess. I took a few bites and gave up. Two burgers, three fries, two drinks, almost 50 bucks. Never again.

We only went in for milkshakes. They are definitely not thick milkshakes. But they were tasty. Service was awesome. Very friendly people.
I could just tell you do not go in there with an RV. There is no good turnaround when you're towing a Jeep. That was all my fault for not really looking at the location.
