Cook was ON POINT as always but the young lady at the desk seemed upset to even service us. And we stop by here faithfully on the way to Mobile. Surely she wasn’t surprised she was serving Black ppl because I’m sure she knows she’s in BIRMINGHAM,AL
The food is good but the lady behind the counter is RUDE, not going back. Costumer service is VERY important!

Hushpuppies were horrific. Couldn't eat them. Hard as rocks. Waitress brought more, but results the same. Don't eat here. Over priced, and terrible food.

Go to Fat Charles they are a block away and their service and food is better. This place customer service is nonexistent. I checked my order before I left and it wasn’t what I asked for and the cashier got an attitude, even after the cook told her he would correct it. I didn’t ask for a refund (but I wanted one after her attitude) I just wanted my food prepared correctly for me to consume it. Won’t return… I won’t forget Fat Charles is that close again!!!!

Food is great .Abit expensive for chicken wings !They charge one dollar for the flavor of the wings like if you supposedly buy plain wings?.
Love this place it's my 1st stop when I am in town. They give good size portions
