The dude had headphones in and couldn't hear half the stuff my roommate and I were saying. We weren't given the right toppings, and the toppings we did get, we got minimal amounts. Extra onions and mozzarella cheese? We received a normal amount of onions and a few pieces of cheese. By a few pieces, I mean actual mozzarella shavings. There was barely any cheese on there. He went cheap on the ham and other meats as well. Couldn't even see the ham in the cross-section. He tried toasting a sandwich I said I didn't want toasted, he didn't give us the drink we asked for, then accused us of stealing and lying about the drink we ordered with our meal. Literally a ripoff cheapskate. Luckily there's another Subway down the road, so we don't have to get robbed again.Vegetarian options: They have vegetables

Never been here. So many options nearby, but my son was craving the Italian so we popped in. Pleasantly Surprised. Clean, fast, and very friendly.

The lady working was very nice and polite!! She was the only one in the store at the time, it was around 8:45 a.m, and she was quick and gregarious. We talked for several minutes before I left. She was really sweet and the food was great as well!! I will definitely be visiting this location again!
Won’t take subway coupons. conveniently waits until we go to pay to tell us they won’t honor it. Paid $17 extra. Should have just went down the street to the Walmart location. Will not use this location again. Money hungry.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! The owners are truly such great people, remembering you and what you like to order. They actually care about their customers, treating them more like friends or family. The store itself is always clean, and NOBODY makes better sandwiches in all of Alabama! We chose this Subway over any other, and you should too!

I ordered a 12” chicken sandwich and I hardly see chicken in that. All the toppings are like a kids portion. Not sure if i will be going back. If we spend around 13bucks would be expecting min portions of toppings.

Tried them again today to give another chance. The sandwiches were a mess, put together horribly. They put less meat than they are supposed to put. I ordered an Outlaw and paid for 50% more meat. I got less meat than a regular from other locations.I had been going to Chelsea b/c this location did not take the BOGO offers from Subway. Today they were so I tried. I will be going back to Chelsea

The lady did a good job making the sandwich… instead of throwing everything on the bread like many do. Good service and made sure to use clean knife since I am vegetarian

Best subway I've ever seen. It's gotten a little expensive as everything has over the last few years, but the newer meat and cheese options are good, the service was great, and the new interior is excellent.

Not happy with ordering through the app. Could they make it any harder? Decided to go into the store and ask the staff but he didn't have an answer and acted like he didn't speak english.
