We visited the Summit location this past weekend and wow a great experience. The waitress was awesome and atmosphere was great. The menu has so many options and everything look great and tastes great.We ordered cheesecakeCoconut cream pie and tuxedo and wow the cream was out this world.If you the trifecta then the Cheesecake Factory is the perfect choice.

I arrived with my party of 4,did not receive my food till everyone else had finished eating .actually I told CF ,that I did not want my food at that time,they embarrassed me anyway with my original order.(they did not charge me ) but,how does a top rated place,with the pricesnowadays, screw up that bad? BTW,we did give a full tip.Just saying,never again.

I have to say I am pretty disappointed in Cheesecake Factory. I have been ordering from here for a while and never had any issues. Today was unacceptable. I placed an order at 6:20 and the estimated time was 6:45 I arrived at 6:45 to be told my order was ready and should be out shortly. Fast forward another 20 minutes, I am told they are just waiting on fries. I continue to wait another 10 minutes before my order is complete. By then my original order is cold and soggy since it was waiting 30 minutes for fries. I would have thought at the very least someone would be apologetic or ever offer some form of compensation. I do not believe I will be returning to this location as it just seems they don't have the capacity to handle orders efficiently anymore. I know many people in the restaurant industry and management needs to get a handle on their kitchen.

I'm not a big fan of their lunch/dinner BUT the dessert!!! The dessert is AMAZING! We had the Reeses Cup Peanut Butter Cheesecake, the Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake, the Cookie Dough Cheesecake and the confetti Cheesecake. All were amazing! The Reeses cup was very decadent and had a rich peanut butter atop it. The lemon Raspberry had the perfect blend of both flavors and the confetti one was cake and Cheesecake together!

Great Service, Corban was wonderful. My food was overpriced and not quality. The lettuce was the thai lettuce wraps was wilted, and the steak that came with my pasta was over overcooked.

If I could them 0 stars I really would …. I have never had a problem with Cheesecake Factory no where I went ….but they sent me some food that was not done so I sent it back they sent the same exact food back out still not done so it’s zero stars for me but the waitress was very nice
I ordered the Beet and Avocado Salad. It was a few pieces of beets and avocado with some wilted arugula on top. It was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price.The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was delicious however!
