When they sold me my plan, they did not cover many items I found afterwards. They were only concerned about selling the plan!!! It costs a lot more than I was told!!!

Staff is very helpful and always go the extra mile to find me answers and help me with what I need to know. I can just stop by and the staff is always cheerful and very helpful...Also have called with questions and its never a problem... Staff is always helpful and making the experience of medicare changes a lot easier...Glad they are there for me!
