FANTASTIC food as usual, but a sign on the door says this location is closing June 5th! It says they’re going to focus mainly on food trucks going forward. Make sure to stop here while you can!!!

Atmosphere was great, service was quick. Such a great concept. Food was so delicious and tasted very authentic. Will visit again!

Stopped by on our roadtrip and it was totally worth it! Got the LHM burrito and the Rainbow burrito. Such good quality sushi. Seaweed salad and salty Edamame were so fresh and yummy, the perfect combos.

I don't know if it's more Asian or Mexican, but this is good mix of the two. I have tried only the cooked options, but I do like the Cowboy which has steak in it. I also like that it is filling but lighter than traditional Mexican food. Wasabi Juan's is also a great community partner. They are sponsors or at least great supporters of the USL team here in town, so they are usually promoting it, doing giveaways, and being onsite or nearby with their food truck.

Amazing. I had the aloha cold burrito and it was full of flavor. The burrito comes with chips and salsa which was also very tasty.

1) This is not the local restaurant's fault, but the corporate folks do not provide a secure website for online ordering, meaning it is not safe to submit your credit card info on their website. There is a PayPal option which should be safe.2) I am giving a couple of stars based on the assumption that the food is good. However, I wouldn't know. I placed an online order (using PayPal) and a couple of minutes later got a message saying "Order Missed. You were charged when you placed the order but now the transaction was cancelled. An automatic refund was initiated. It may take a few hours...In rare cases it may take several days." Possible reasons given were that the staff was too busy or there are connectivity or technical problems.I've never had a restaurant take payment and then not deliver on the purchase. And it is very rare to come across a website with online ordering that does not secure their customers' credit card information. (I have sent an email to Wasabi Juan corporate office to inquire about this PCI violation. Hopefully they will fix it.)

This was an amazing sushi burrito place! Definitely get the 4:20 Nachos, and DEFINITELY get the "Frushi" for dessert!

Usually reliable? I tried to grab an order 10min before close and they wouldn't accept it. I was already having a really bad day and excited that I made it there with time to spare! At least they came to the already locked door of the restaurant to let me know they "couldn't do any more orders due to an unexpected rush." I recommend calling ahead.

I have going Vegan/Veggie in January. I thoroughly enjoy the Seaweed Salad I had. I plan to make that and other Salads part of what I take to work for Lunch. P.S. I really enjoyed the Ninja Sauce. Satisfied Customer & Friend. Edgar R.

If you love sushi, then you should definitely check these guys out!!! It's always fresh and you get a LOT more compared to a regular sushi roll. Want even more? Ask to "Go Godzilla"! My personal favorites are the Rainbow and the L.H.M. ?

My wife and I returned to Birmingham for our annual trip and figured we'd eat here since we were so happy to have discovered it on our last trip. Neither one of us were really impressed this time, it was just very small and bland compared to our initial discovery. We still love the concept though!
