I went to get a Jimmy John’s sandwich that I normally get and this is what they gave me. I went through the drive-through. The lady was not happy about putting in my rewards and seemed to be annoyed, but the guy making the sandwich should’ve known better, more lettuce than meat. Bread wasBurnt and didn't taste like it normally does:/ plus forgot the avocado. Not happy

Today was my first time at this location and I’m a little disappointed that I hadn’t been in sooner. Brian was amazing! From the time I walked in, he greeted me with smile and made my sandwich freakishly fast. He told me all about the awards and wished me a Happy New Year as I walked out the door. In a time where customer service and great food are lacking, today proved me otherwise!Thanks Brian!
