This is some of the best food and it's right off of I-65. If you are in that area please make sure that you stop by. The staff is friendly and courteous!

Mom and Pop type restaurant. Down home country cooking. Fried chicken, pork chops, meat loaf, ribs, Mac and cheese, greens etc. Served deli style. Pic a meat and 3 sides. Sunday it stays busy. My ribs were just ok typical deli style...soaking in BBQ sauce....but the sides we're absolutely amazing!. Kids had fried chicken and enjoyed it. Wife had baked chicken and said it was good.

I had the privilege of being treated to lunch here on a Sunday and it was incredible! Literally some of the best food I've had in my life. The next time I'm anywhere near Evergreen... I'm going back!

Home style cooking of good Southern food. No frills, just a good selection of 8 to 10 items to choose from. Fried chicken and the sweet potato casserole was very good. Friendly staff. Love not eating at fast foid joints, than try off the path, local restaurants. We were driving from New Orleans to VA when we stopped in. Glad we did!
