If I could give a negative star I would we dined in got our food half of it was not there go back to tell them and was completely ignored until I hollered out that I was missing my food after waiting 30 minutes standing at the counter where they saw me waiting but choose to ignore.

Messed up my $44 dollar app order receipt was correct confirmed it on the screen and you’re still screwed it up even told you you missed stuff at the car when you brought it to me and you brought me the wrong stuff. I live 14 miles away. I’m not coming back you’re lucky I don’t come back and cause problems. How do you screw up when it’s written down in front of you this is twice y’all have done this to me

McDonald's is McDonald's, I think the best review is to say the fries were hot, fresh and salty. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal, the fries came out hot, fresh and salty but the nuggets were cold; not even warm just straight cold. The employees were very pleasant hence the 4 states for service. The restaurant could use a refresh.

This McDonald's sucks, It says that they open at 5 AM. And I was therein the drive thru exactly at 5 AM. And no one took my order until 5:10. And I didn't get my food until 5:15. Which caused me15 minutes late to work and wrote up

Worst McDonald’s ever visited. Lady in the blue was working the front counter had been working there only 3 days and can’t even speak English, Spanish, creole and couldn’t take an order. Had to have the nice lady in grey take the order. There were No napkins with order nor by the drinks. They are quick to give you the order but most of the food is not cooked 100%… do with this information as you wish… won’t be coming here ever again….

We went in at about 3:00 pm on January 2nd,2024 ....the floor was covered in trash, every table was filthy, drink station was piled up with straw papers and other garbage..the workers had no intention of cleaning...they weren't that busy..had a few customers, but not many...so we just walked right through and went to subway...subway people said that McDonald's management doesn't care about cleanliness...I hope the district manager sees this and requires these slobs to clean up

Ordered online and chose to p/u through the Drive-thru. Waited at the window for longer than necessary. My kiddo had a Big Mac No pickle No onion so I needed to check before pulling off, and there were onions on it. The sandwich tag even said no onions. The guy at the window apologized and went to get it fixed. He saw me open my fish sandwich and shook his head in frustration cause the tarter was everywhere and he apologized again then handed me lots of napkins. He had to upgrade my medium drink to a large due to being out of medium cups which was fine but this guy was Definitely overwhelmed trying to fix all the "F" ups from his coworkers. Not sure why onions keep getting put on my kids sandwich, since this isn't the first time it's happened...
