So I’m not going to lie i love Starbucks and I’m a regular customer! However I can’t love it good if it’s spilled all over my truck.I had my coffee spilled in the truck so many times and in my house at my work and it’s getting ridiculous. Place is a joke. Wait in drive thru line over 30 minutes for you to get the order wrong. It’s not like it’s a quick fix because the inside of the building is not open. So what are you to do go back into line and wait another 30-40 minutes. HOW HARD IS YOUR JOB????

Always have an excuse when ordering inside with a snarky response “by the way it’s going to be about 25-30 minutes to get your order” ALL I DID WAS ORDER BLACK COFFEE??? Is no one questioning the fact they’re even telling their customers that? Do they not realize how condescending and lazy that sounds to a loyal customer? I’m curious if the general manager is even present on the weekend to witness this. This is the 3rd time out of all 3 times this has happened, all weekend days. I don’t have a problem with a longer wait time, but it just sounds super lazy and like I’m inconveniencing them by placing an order. Definitely some work to do on this location.

This wass the only place open so early on Thanksgiving Day! Just got done driving 12 hours to visit family. The lady running the drive thru was amazing, friendly and so kind!

I love Starbucks...just wish they had more variety of cups.
This team is a bit stretched. Corporate should consider making this store drive through only, with a window for pickups. It’s obvious walk-in customers are not a priority. They are more of an annoyance. The store itself has turned into a storage area and not regularly wiped down or maintained. The bathrooms, however, are kept clean. The staff are doing the best they can, but not sure the current model for this store benefits the customer or the staff. Time to review.
Starbucks in Florence is horrible. My husband and I are regulars and one time we ordered our drink we always get the lady gave us our drinks barely filled up we requested our refund. She had a horrible attitude her name is Kimberly mccormack.

I have been in the drive thru for 35 minutes. Still like 4 cars ahead of me in line. Would leave if I could be can't get out of line because the way the drive thru is made. Won't ever do this again.

Horrible service not even worth looking at or even considering, imagine paying 7 dollars for a mediocre coffee to wait 25-30 minutes for. When I asked what was wrong they told me that i had to wait and theres nothing they can do.l. even though, the crowd of people that ordered after us and before us already got there orders. If i had the ability to shut down and fast food place in the world it would be the Starbucks in Florence Alabama. I will never spend a dime at any Starbucks ever and i never have. My children and there grandchildren will never considers buying products from Starbucks and if Starbucks ever buys out another brand they will be on my list.

If I could give a zero I would. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and when the drinks came out they were wrong. When I made a new order and got those drinks they were also wrong and also tasted like dog shit. All around a shit experience at a shit place.

None of the employees were smiling, and their customer service was under par. I did get the right order in a timely manner though. Just wished at least one of the looked like they actually liked their job, or people for that matter.Parking: It's kinda tight parking. I actually witnessed some one back into another car on this specific visit because the parking lot is so tight. Also, the drive through is always packed with cars when I have ever gone to this specific location.
